Bitsler is a crypto-friendly sweeps casino that launched in 2024 under Nardymar Operations Limited. They feature 1,016 slots, 42 jackpots, and six virtual table games from 38 software providers. You can also take your chances with 15 originals like Crypto Thugs and Fruitsler.

I’m discussing the games, user interface, payment options, support methods, and much more in this unfiltered Bitsler review.

Bitsler Promotions and Bonuses

Gold Coins and Sweepstake Coins are easy to find at Bitsler.io. From their stacked no-deposit offer to their consistently generous daily login bonus, I had a great time without spending any money thanks to a great selection of promotions.

I opted into every promotion being offered at Bitsler.io, and I’m showing you how to follow in my footsteps.

How I Claimed Bitsler’s No-Deposit Bonus

I claimed 37,500 GC and 2.5 free SC after signing up and verifying my email address at Bitsler.

Here’s a step-by-step guide that explains how I got free coins in two minutes:

  1. Visit Bitsler’s website and click “Register” at the top-right corner of your screen to begin.
  2. Enter your email, first name, last name, date of birth, and state of residence on the next page. Create a new password, enter your password one more time, and scroll until you reach the bottom of their “Terms of Service.”
  3. Tick the box to certify that you’re at least 18 years old and that you don’t reside in any of their prohibited locations. Select “Register” to finish creating your new account.
  4. Open your inbox and look for Bitsler’s newest message. It will contain an alphanumeric code. Enter your code on their website to authenticate your email. You’ll be sent to their homepage, where you’ll have 37,500 GC and 2.5 free SC waiting for you.

I was able to start playing games immediately after registration, and I’m happy they give you the full bonus upfront.

Bitsler Bonus Code

There is no Bitsler Bonus Code required to claim any promotion at the casino.

How Does The Sign-Up Bonus Compare to Other Sweeps Casinos?

Bitsler’s stacks up well against welcome bonuses I expect from other top sweeps casinos. I expect to get around  1 – 3 free SC as a starting bonus, and I’m happy Bitsler is on the higher end of this range. The value of Gold Coins vary a lot depending on the casino, but the 37,500 GC I got at Bitsler was more than enough to sustain my play for a good amount of time.

Compared with some other casinos I’ve played at recently, Bitsler’s no-deposit reward feels most similar in stature to JackpotRabbit’s bonus, which gave me 175,000 GC and 3 free SC as a brand-new player. I’d like to see more platforms adopt the approach taken by Sweepslots. They set the bar high with a bonus of 5,000 GC and 5 free SC.

Other Bitsler Promotions in September 2025

Here’s a running list of the latest bonuses and promotions available during my Bitsler review:

Daily Bonus

Bitsler’s login bonus gives you 7,500 GC and 0.35 free SC every 24 hours. I claimed daily offers by clicking “Get Coins,” toggling “Daily Bonus,” completing the captcha and clicking “Claim Daily Bonus.” While I wish there were opportunities for increasing rewards, this is still a pretty good deal.

Some of my favorite casinos like Mega Bonanza only give you 1,500 GC and 0.2 free SC per day, so it’s great to see Bitsler surpassing this.

Section 3.2.2 of their Sweepstakes Rules states that you can get up to 2.5 free SC per day with consistent logins, but they don’t have any other info about claiming this kind of daily SC reward and I received a fixed 0.35 SC per day.

First Purchase Bonus

Bitsler has three potential discounts available for new players, each priced for a different budget to ensure flexibility across the board. You can only choose one of the following discounts below:

  • $9.99 – 150,000 GC + 15 free SC
  • $19.99 – 300,000 GC + 30 free SC
  • $134.99 – 1,500,000 GC + 150 free SC

Their least expensive package is usually priced at $15, while their mid-range discount is usually priced at $30. Finally, their top-level package is usually priced at $150. You’re saving $5, $10 or $15 up the ladder, which isn’t super impressive.

Really, I think Bitsler could be doing a lot more for new players with their discounts. At Chumba, $9.99 buys you 10 million GC and 30 free SC. You’d have to pay $19.99 to receive the same number of SC at Bitsler.

I was wound up claiming the $9.99 offer myself. It was just as simple as making a purchase, with no real opt-in required.

Refer-A-Friend Bonus

Bitsler’s two-tiered referral bonus allows you to invite as many friends as you want, but I’m not a fan of some the purchase requirements. When you invite a friend to Bitsler and they buy $100 worth of GC with a verified account, you’ll get 50,000 GC and 25 SC immediately. This part of the offer, I like.

If they have the budget to make additional GC purchases worth at least $1,400, you get another 150,000 GC and 75 free SC. In total, you can get up to 200,000 GC and 100 free SC per friend. The only problem is that your friend has to spend $1,500 just for you to earn 100 SC.

I decided to test this promotion with a co-worker by toggling “Invite Your Friends” from the menu, selecting the clipboard next to my unique invitation link and sending them a quick text. I like how you can automatically send your link to people on WhatsApp, Telegram or X by clicking the tabs.

My co-worker signed up, got KYC-verified, and bought 1,000,000 GC for $99.99. I got 50,000 GC and 25 free SC as soon as they made their qualifying purchase. Not surprisingly, their budget didn’t stretch to test the second part of this offer.

Site-wide Jackpots

Bitsler’s site-wide GC and SC progressive jackpots apply to all the games in their library. You could win their Mini, Minor, Major or Grand Jackpot on any spin or round. GC users are automatically opted into jackpots, but SC users have to opt in manually for an extra 0.10 SC per spin or round.

Whenever somebody wins one of Bitsler’s GC/SC jackpots, they reseed at the following values:

  • GC Grand: 100,000,000 GC
  • GC Major: 2,000,000 GC
  • GC Minor: 200,000 GC
  • GC Mini: 10,000 GC
  • SC Grand: 10,000 SC
  • SC Major: 1,000 SC
  • SC Minor: 100 SC
  • SC Mini: 1 SC

If you want to opt into jackpots, switch your balance to SC and open any game in their library. Then, flip the switch from “Opted Out” to “Opted In.” You can opt out of SC jackpots whenever you want by clicking the switch during gameplay.

I’m a huge fan of Bitsler’s site-wide jackpots. They follow in Jackpota’s footsteps by providing an extra opportunity to win big every time you play.

Bitsler VIP Program

Bitsler’s VIP Program features six tiers and 15 levels to progress through. As you gain XP points by playing games, you’ll ascend the ranks and unlock special perks. You’ll earn 1 XP point when you spend 200,000 GC or 1 SC on gameplay. The following table documents how it’s structured:

VIP Level  Number of XP Required  Level-Up Bonus  Other Benefits
Iron (Starting) 0 XP N/A N/A
Bronze 10,000 XP 200,000 GC + 20 free SC Coinback, weekly bonus coupon, monthly bonus coupon, package deals

Diamond 1 25,000,000 XP 128,000,000 GC + 12,800 free SC Coinback, weekly bonus coupon, monthly bonus coupon, package deals, boosted bonus, Nitro Daily Bonus, VIP Club Access
Diamond 2 50,000,000 XP 256,000,000 GC + 25,600 free SC Coinback, weekly bonus coupon, monthly bonus coupon, package deals, boosted bonus, Nitro Daily Bonus, VIP Club Access
Diamond 3 100,000,000 XP 512,000,000 GC + 51,200 free SC Coinback, weekly bonus coupon, monthly bonus coupon, package deals, boosted bonus, Nitro Daily Bonus, VIP Club Access
Diamond 4 250,000,000 XP 1,024,000,000 GC + 102,400 free SC Coinback, weekly bonus coupon, monthly bonus coupon, package deals, boosted bonus, Nitro Daily Bonus, VIP Club Access
Diamond 5 500,000,000 XP 2,048,000,000 GC + 204,800 free SC Coinback, weekly bonus coupon, monthly bonus coupon, package deals, boosted bonus, Nitro Daily Bonus, VIP Club Access
Black Diamond 1,000,000,000 XP 4,096,000,000 GC + 409,600 free SC Coinback, weekly bonus coupon, monthly bonus coupon, package deals, boosted bonus, Nitro Daily Bonus, VIP Club Access

There isn’t a ton of detail about the promos at each tier, but they sound promising. For instance, I’m not sure how the Daily Nitro Bonus compares to their standard login reward, but they imply that it’s much bigger.

I was able to access my coinback rewards, weekly/monthly coupons, and Daily Nitro Bonuses by toggling “Loyalty Club” from the sidebar and selecting the corresponding tabs.

My only issue with Bitsler’s VIP Program is that it’s clearly intended for high-volume players who don’t mind buying coins.

For example, in order to reach Bronze VIP, you’ll have to spend 2 billion GC or 10,000 SC to match their XP rates. Unfortunately, it would take years to get 2 billion GC without spending money. I never made it past Iron after my week on the site.

Social Media Giveaways

Bitsler hosts frequent giveaways on Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter). They also have a channel on Telegram, but when I joined, the feed was completely empty. Bitsler posts riddles, puzzles, scrambled words, and mini-games of logic that can earn you free GC and SC prizes.

All you have to do is comment your answer (and use their hashtags) for a piece of the action.

They normally choose 20 winners to score 50,000 GC and 5 free SC a piece, so if you’re lucky enough to get selected at random, you’ll be notified by email within 72 hours of the giveaway’s conclusion.

It’s great to see Bitsler flexing their creative muscles in this department, and their prizes are pretty solid too. I personally never got lucky when I entered, but I appreciate these promos.

Mail-in Offers

Bitsler gives you 4 free SC per mail-in request. Each request must have a unique Sweepstakes Coins Request Code, which you can generate by clicking the link in Section 3.2.10, sub-section c) of the Sweeps Rules. Codes expire 60 days after they are generated.

Your requests should also include your full name, the website URL, your return address, your email address, and their quoted statement. You’re limited to one request per outer envelope, so don’t try to get creative and save on postage!

I like Bitsler’s mail-in rewards, as they mirror the bonuses I’ve gotten from established sites. McLuck, Jackpota, and Playfame all give players 4 SC. For comparison’s sake, Sweepslots only gives players 1 free SC per request.

My Experience Opening an Account at Bitsler

I was able to sign up, confirm my information, and claim free coins at Bitsler in just two minutes.

Here’s how I did it:

  • Visit Bitsler’s website: Visit Bitsler.io and complete the captcha to verify that you’re a human being. Click “Register” at the top-right corner of the screen to begin signing up.
  • Enter your personal information: Enter your email, first name, last name, date of birth, and state of residence. Create a new password.
  • Agree to Bitsler’s terms: Read Bitsler’s terms of service by scrolling until you reach the bottom of their sign-up screen. Once finished, check the box to certify that you’re at least 18 years old and agree to their terms. Tap “Register” to finish creating your new account.
  • Confirm your email: Open your email inbox and look for a six-digit alphanumeric code from Bitsler. Enter your code on their website to proceed. You’ll be redirected to Bitsler’s homepage, where you’ll notice 37,500 GC and 2.5 free SC waiting on your next move.

I was able to start playing games right away, and I appreciate how beginner-friendly the sign-up process feels. Bitsler does a great job of cutting right to the chase with nearly instant free coins.

What I Liked and Disliked About Bitsler

Bitsler stands out from competing sweepstakes casinos in a number of key areas. I was a fan of their no-deposit bonus, daily login reward, and frequent giveaways on socials. They accept eight forms of cryptocurrency for purchases, and they offer free chat support on top of their P2P chat.

I wasn’t a huge fan of their VIP Program because it features high spending requirements, and I dislike their referral bonus for the same reason.

Bitsler.io works with 38 software providers to host 1,016 slots, six tables, and 15 original games. It’s an impressive collection, with live dealer games the only thing missing.

Every single game in the collection is part of Bitsler’s progressive jackpot network, which I love.

I’d recommend Bitsler for all kinds of players, but especially high rollers and players that prioritize interactivity with a larger community.

Slots

Bitsler.io Casino Imperial Fruits Game

Instead of borrowing hundreds of titles from a handful of software providers, Bitsler.io prefers to feature 25 – 50 titles each from tens of new and established companies. I like this approach: it means the menu feels very fresh and diverse, with plenty of new games and providers to explore over time.

Relax Gaming supplies the bulk of their collection with 103 games, and Kalamba Games comes in second with 70 titles.

Bitsler.io Casino Burning Wins Slot Game

I had the most fun exploring Bitsler’s themed slot collections, which are readily available on their homepage. “Classic Slots” like Imperial Fruits 5 Lines and 777 Burning Wins Classic 5 Lines are great choices for players that prefer old-school entertainment and fruit-style wins.

It’s easy to switch between GC/SC on a dime, and you can view their real-time GC/SC jackpots at the bottom of any game.

I was happy to see Bitsler include 42 Hold & Win slots from 3 Oaks Gaming. It’s one of my favorite formats and I had a great time with Magic Apple Hold & Win.

Collecting six apple symbols unlocks three free chances to win the Mini, Minor or Major Jackpot. The Mini is worth 20x, the Minor is worth 50x, and the Major is worth 150x the value of your bet. If you fill up the entire grid with apples during the bonus round, you’ll collect the Grand Jackpot worth 2,000x your stake.

Bitsler.io Casino Magic Apple

Best of all, Hold & Win slots still qualify for the site-wide progressive jackpots, so you could theoretically win two jackpots for the price of one.

Table Games

Bitsler features a decent range of virtual tables and they cover the basics. There are two versions of roulette, plus original blackjack and video poker. All their tables are designed in-house, promising a unique experience even if you’re not familiar with blackjack and roulette.

Bitsler.io Casino Blackjack

While Bitsler.io doesn’t focus on 3D graphics and casino-style artwork, their games promise lightning-fast rounds. Enabling the “Turbo” setting makes the cards fly by even more quickly.

I also love how Bitsler adheres to flexible betting minimums. I was able to spend as little as 70 GC / 0.25 SC on roulette and blackjack alike.

Bitsler.io Casino Roulette

I also enjoyed shooting for a Royal Flush to win 850x my stake during video poker. You can play a single hand for just 0.10 SC or 70 GC, making this one of their most accessible games if you don’t have much to spend.

Bitsler.io Casino Poker

Two variants of keno from Octopus Gaming round out their selection. I didn’t expect to see the legendary Dan Marino’s likeness appear on my screen, but there you go.

Bitsler.io Casino Dan Marino Keno

Live Dealer Games

Bitsler doesn’t have any live dealer games. I recommend Hello Millions or McLuck if you’re looking for them.

Originals

Bitsler has 15 originals in total, but only eight of them are specialty games. They’ve designed two slots named “Fruitsler” and “Crypto Thugs.” Plus, their tables (with the exception of keno) are designed in-house. I had fun rolling the dice, playing Twist, and avoiding Mines for coins.

Bitsler.io Casino Frutsler

Bitsler has gone for simplicity with Twist. You win your bet if the counter lands in the green zone, but you lose if the counter tips over into the gray. If anything, this specialty reminds me of flipping a coin to see whether it lands on heads or tails.

Bitsler.io Casino Heads or Tails

Boom is another fun specialty that borrows elements of crash-style gaming to deliver an immediate win or loss. If your final multiplier shows up green, you win the stated amount of GC or SC. If the winning multiplier turns gray at the last second, you lose the coins you just staked.

Bitsler.io Casino Boom

I like how customizable their originals feel, but I think it would be nice to see more than numbers on a screen. Going forward, it would be great to see them introduce some crash games with more of a narrative.

Bitsler Payment and Redemption Experience

You’re not required to spend any money before playing games at Bitsler.io. I earned 37,500 GC and 2.5 free SC right after signing up, and their daily login bonus kept the action going all week long with 7,500 GC and 0.35 free SC guaranteed.

Plus, live chat support is free to access, so I never felt pressured to make a purchase during my testing.

If you’re running low on GC for any reason, you can buy more with cryptocurrency. Most GC bundles come with free SC bonuses and they have three discounts on deck for new players.

I’m a fan of their $1.99 purchase minimum, but I’m less impressed by their 75 SC redemption requirement.

Bitsler Payment Details
Payment methods Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, USD Tether, TRON, Ripple, USD Coin
Minimum purchase $1.99
Minimum prize redemption 10 SC for gift card, 75 SC for crypto prizes
Prize redemption time Instant – 24 hours

Payments

You can use Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, USDT, TRON, Ripple, or USDC to purchase GC. As a crypto-only sweepstakes casino, they list prices in cash and convert them to crypto as you pay. You’ll be shown exactly how much cryptocurrency to transfer to their receiving address.

Here’s another look at their range of first purchase discounts:

  • $9.99 – 150,000 GC + 15 free SC
  • $19.99 – 300,000 GC + 30 free SC
  • $134.99 – 1,500,000 GC + 150 free SC

Here’s how their standard GC packages compare in terms of price:

  • $1.99 – 20,000 GC
  • $9.99 – 100,000 GC + 10 free SC
  • $19.99 – 200,000 GC + 20 free SC
  • $29.99 – 300,000 GC + 30 free SC
  • $49.99 – 500,000 GC + 50 free SC
  • $99.99 – 1,000,000 GC + 100 free SC
  • $199.99 – 2,000,000 GC + 200 free SC
  • $299.99 – 3,000,000 GC + 300 free SC

I purchased Bitsler’s least expensive discounted package for $9.99, locking in 150,000 GC and 15 free SC. I was asked to verify my birthday and enter my address before the payment screen appeared. Then, I clicked “Show QR Code” and finished the transfer using CashApp on iPhone.

If you don’t have a mobile wallet, you can copy their receiving address to your personal wallet.

The amount of crypto you have to send is locked into their system for 15 minutes. If you take  longer than 15 minutes to complete the transfer, the amount changes to reflect the fluctuating value of cryptocurrency. Of course, if you choose a stablecoin like BTC, it won’t change much.

Here’s how I made my first purchase at Bitsler using Bitcoin:

  1. Click “Get Coins” at the top of the page.
  2. Select your bundle from the next screen.
  3. Enter your birthday and current address.
  4. Click “Show QR Code” or copy their receiving address.
  5. Complete the transfer and wait for your coins to show.

While I was able to send over 0.00002122 BTC right away, my coins didn’t arrive in my balance until they reached one confirmation on the blockchain. Depending on the form of crypto you use, it will take between 15 minutes and one hour for your coins to appear.

Redemptions

Bitsler offers gift card redemptions starting at 10 SC, and you have to win at least 75 SC before requesting a crypto transfer. There’s no option to redeem cash prizes, but each SC holds $1.00 in equivalent value. Any SC that you earn as a bonus is subject to 1x playthrough requirements.

It didn’t take me long to run up 23 SC playing Twist, after which point I qualified for a gift card redemption.

I opened “Get Coins,” selected “Redeem” and completed their KYC process with Veriff. I had to scan their QR code with my phone, take a real-time scan of my driver’s license, and upload my front-facing selfie. They verified my info automatically, and I was good to go two minutes later.

I appreciate how quickly I was able to get verified at Bitsler, as I’m used to waiting 12+ hours for KYC verification at competing casinos like Chumba or McLuck. Once finished, I was directed to their redemption screen. I chose “Gift Card” and entered the number of SC I wanted to redeem.

I received a $23 gift card code via email two hours after submitting my original request. Here’s how to request your first prize at Bitsler.io:

  1. Click “Get Coins” and toggle to “Redeem.”
  2. Click “Start Verification” to finish their KYC.
  3. Choose your preferred redemption method.
  4. Enter the number of SC you want to redeem.
  5. Follow their on-screen instructions for crypto.
  6. Wait for delivery to your email or crypto wallet.

Crypto redemptions are sent to you in as little as 15 minutes, but depending on your token of choice, it can take up to 24 hours for transfers to appear in your personal wallet. If you wish to redeem 2,500 SC or more, your crypto transfer will be subjected to additional security checks.

They allow players to redeem a maximum of 10,000 SC in daily prizes, but this limit drops to 5,000 SC if you live in Florida.

Overall User Experience – Is Bitsler Fun to Play At?

Bitsler’s user interface feels modern, immersive, and fun to use in all the right ways. They’ve gone the distance to provide advanced search filters, a collapsible P2P chat system and free live support. Their site runs smoothly with no lag on my MacBook Pro using Google Chrome.

I also bookmarked their web app to my iPhone 16, but I was less impressed by the sizing issues with the bottom-row menu on mobile. I liked being able to customize my search with games from any number of software providers.

Desktop

Bitsler’s desktop interface benefits from impeccable organization. I stayed up-to-date with their latest jackpots, rewards, and bonuses using the promo banners at the upper half of my screen.

Bitsler.io Casino

Their left sidebar opens and closes when you select the top-left menu button. I used the sidebar to browse slots, explore Bitsler’s originals, check my VIP status, participate in XP Contests, and invite friends with my referral link. You can also read the FAQ section and open the chat feature.

Bitsler.io Casino Games

I’m a big fan of any casino that lets you chat with other players in real time, which should be a big part of social gaming in my opinion. Even when I wasn’t chatting with anyone, I enjoyed seeing the hive of active players in the corner of the screen.

I like how Bitsler includes clickable links to all their social media accounts in the left sidebar. I was able to participate in giveaways with a few clicks, saving me the time of having to look for their social media profiles manually.

In terms of appearance, Bitsler is among the only casinos I’ve seen that offers “Dark Mode” and “Light Mode.” If you want a bit more screen space to go with your all-white background, you can select the downsizing icon at the top-right corner of their chat to expand it to a separate window.

I liked being able to view the exact number of titles from each software company. I also like how you can “check” and “uncheck” certain providers via the search function. This makes it possible to see games from one company, three companies, or any combination of companies you’d like.

If you’d rather try new games based on vibe alone, they feature a number of themed collections as you scroll down their homepage. From classics and Joker-style slots to Hold & Win machines and Megaways, I was able to breeze through different categories using their overview-style grid.

Here’s a quick glance at their homepage:

  • Recently Played
  • Bitsler Games
  • Popular
  • Jackpot Games
  • Slots
  • Classic Slots
  • Hold & Win
  • Hot Right Now
  • Ancient Worlds
  • Megaways
  • Recommendations
  • Gold
  • Joker
  • Providers
  • Latest Plays

It’s easy to favorite titles by clicking the heart icon at the top-left corner of any game. I also loved scrolling real-time recommendations based on my past interests.

These suggestions evolve with your gameplay, so if you try Aztec Eclipse, you’d see games like Aztec Magic Deluxe and Book of Cats: Megaways underneath the “Recommendations” section.

Finally, I was able to watch real players win GC and SC underneath “Latest Plays.” This list also updates in real-time. I used this section to check which games were hot (or cold) at the moment.

Bitsler doesn’t have a downloadable app for iOS/Android, but their bookmarkable web app runs nicely on my iPhone 16. I opened Chrome, signed into Bitsler, and clicked the tab in my address bar. I selected “Add to Home Screen” and instantly found an icon for Bitsler on my home screen.

While their web app looks fantastic in most regards, I found the visual interference at the bottom of my screen to be annoying. I accidentally swiped out of the app while trying to view the “Latest Plays” a couple times, and the Social Casino button is hit-or-miss because of its proximity to the slider.

If you have a device with a standard home button, you may not experience the issues I had with their bottom menu.

I had no trouble accessing their main menu or chat feature. I also like how they’ve kept their UI the same across devices, as the mobile/desktop homepage lists an identical number of themed collections. I didn’t experience any lag or sizing issues while playing games in portrait mode.

Is the Customer Support Any Good?

Bitsler offers excellent customer support. They deliver free live chat, email, and FAQ assistance. I attempted to get in touch with their agents on Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter) to no avail.

While they’re missing a phone hotline, I’m glad they don’t require players to pay for the privilege of real-time chat service. To begin, select the headphone icon at the bottom-right corner of your computer’s screen. If you’re on mobile, you’ll have to open the Menu and select “Live Support.”

I had success using their live chat team for basic inquiries like clarifying redemption minimums and explaining more about how XP contests work. They sent back replies in just a few minutes no matter what time of day I chose to get in touch. Plus, they maintained an excellent attitude.

I sent an email to [email protected] with a request to update my personal information, and they responded 24 hours later. There’s no way to submit a support ticket on the website, but their “Help Desk” has 14 helpful articles for account, purchase, redemption and verification questions.

Here’s a quick recap of all the ways you can get in touch with support at Bitsler.io:

  • Live chat (click bottom-right tab)
  • Direct email ([email protected])
  • FAQ (click “Help Desk”)

Is Bitsler Trustworthy?

Yes, Bitsler.io is a legit sweepstakes casino. All the games can be played for free using GC or SC, with no real money gambling available at the casino. For this reason, Bitsler doesn’t require a gambling license and is free to operate in 36 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

They adhere to sweepstakes rules and regulations that protect your personal and financial data. They also test all their games using a random number generator (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes across the board. If they didn’t, trusted providers like BGaming would refuse to work with Bitsler.

As is legally required, Bitsler completes KYC verification of all its players before you can redeem prizes. I like that the process is done via Veriff, which is a trusted third party verification platform.

Who Owns Bitsler?

Bitsler is owned by Nardymar Operations Limited, an iGaming company that’s incorporated in the Isle of Man with registration number 021680V. Their registered address is located at 19-21 Circular Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AF.

Unfortunately, the company hasn’t created a public LinkedIn page and they don’t have an official website. They could do more to showcase transparency but I didn’t find any red flags during my research.

What Do The Reviews Say?

I checked TrustPilot for a better sense of what real people have to say about Bitsler.io. They list a 4.6 out of 5 star rating based on 44 reviews, and they reply to 100% of negative feedback within one week. 96% of users gave them four or five stars, and just two percent gave them one star.

Satisfied players love their VIP transfers, immediate crypto redemptions, wide range of games, and chat support. At the time of my Bitsler review, the only less-than-positive review they’ve gotten concerns one player’s issue regarding VIP transfers, but there are no blatant “scam” accusations like I’ve found on some sweepstakes casino TrustPilot profiles.

Are There Any Responsible Gaming Resources?

Bitsler offers industry-standard responsible gaming resources, all of which can be found in their “Player Safety” policy at the bottom of their site. I was able to set up GC purchase limits, request a short break from the action, or self-exclude my Bitsler.io account for a longer period of time.

You have to email [email protected] to request changes. If you want to reverse course after adding a GC purchase limit, it will take 24 hours for those changes to reflect on your account.

It’s possible to “Take A Break” for seven, 14, or 30 days. Self-exclusions must stay in effect for at least six months, but they can be extended to any duration you like. After your self-exclusion has elapsed, they’ll ask you some questions to make sure that returning to Bitsler is the right fit.

I like how their policy features external resources for struggling players. I was able to visit Smart Social Gamers, Gaming Addicts Anonymous, and NPR to learn more about the signs of spotting a potential behavior disorder.

While it’s clear that Bitsler cares about the well-being of their players, I think they could improve their current line-up by listing Activity Reminders, SC gaming limits and daily session time limits.

What’s the Difference Between Bitsler and a Real Money Casino?

Bitsler.io is a sweepstakes casino, which means you can play their games for free. Bitsler uses Gold Coins (GC) and Sweepstake Coins (SC) to facilitate the action across thousands of titles.

When you play with GC, you’re playing for bragging rights only. When you play with SC, you have the opportunity to redeem gift cards/crypto prizes with your winnings. It’s easy to buy GC using crypto, but it’s not possible to purchase SC. They’re only given to you as a free bonus.

You have to win at least 10 SC to request a gift card prize. If you win at least 75 SC, you’re able to request a crypto prize. Bitsler.io’s classification as a sweepstakes casino – rather than a real money gambling site – permits them to operate in 36 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

How We Rate Sweepstakes Casinos

Our team relies on first-hand research to analyze sweepstakes casinos from the ground-up. We register, claim bonuses, and test features ourselves over the course of seven days, forming original opinions about every casino we review.

We spend at least two hours researching each of the following five benchmarks:

  • Bonuses & Promotions: We opt into each casino’s no-deposit bonus and claim all the promos we can find. Our experts prioritize sites that offer generous SC bonuses, include a VIP program, and feature plenty of tournaments for players with a competitive streak. We document the steps required to earn each bonus and show you how to do the same.
  • Games: We play a minimum of 20 games at every site we review, and we mix things up with a range of popular slots, tables, specialties, live games and whatever else is on the menu. We like to see plenty of different software providers, as well as exclusives. Our final ratings account for diversity, quality, and/or specialization in a particular niche.
  • Payment Options: We go through the purchase and redemption process at each casino we review. Our experts buy coins, document the payment methods we find, and prioritize sites that make room for e-wallets and cryptocurrencies. We search for beginner-friendly purchase minimums, first-time discounts and speedy redemptions via gift card and cash.
  • User Experience: We judge how a casino feels to use on desktop and mobile. We like casinos that expedite the registration process with simple instructions. Our experts look for unique search features, quick loading speeds, and common-sense organization. We prioritize casinos that have a downloadable mobile application or instant-play web app.
  • Customer Support: Our experts get in touch with customer support using every mode of contact we’re able to find. We submit live chats, draft emails, and call over the phone if possible. We go the extra mile to contact sites on socials, and we give you a sense of each casino’s average response time. Our ratings are based on speed and helpfulness.

Why Trust SweepsChaser?

Here at SweepsChaser, we provide honest and impartial opinions about the world of sweepstakes gaming. Our writers have played at just about every sweeps casino in the U.S., as well as having decades of experience in the world of real money gambling.

When we review a casino, we break down complex language and ideas to beginner-friendly terms that everyone can understand. Our aim is to give you all the information required before deciding whether to join a casino.

We never shy away from issuing direct criticisms. We help our audience understand how a platform excels, where they fall short, and everything in between.

Would I Recommend Bitsler?

I’d recommend Bitsler for all kinds of players, but especially crypto users and anyone interested in taking advantage of site-wide GC/SC jackpots.

The gaming menu is very fun and diverse in general, with more than 1,000 slots, tables and originals from 38 different software providers. The optional progressive jackpots are the icing on the cake.

Bitsler’s bonuses provide plenty of ways to get free GC and SC, so I’m also happy to recommend Bitsler to players who don’t necessarily want to spend a lot of money. I liked being able to speak with chat support for free, and their 10 SC redemption minimum for gift card prizes feels reasonable.

However, there are some areas Bitsler can improve, too.

The VIP Program is obviously aimed towards extreme high rollers, and so is their referral package. The lack of live dealer games is the only downside to the games menu. Bitsler is a crypto-only casino, so it doesn’t accept cash payments in any capacity. This is their biggest flaw right now, but they’re currently working on adding support for Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.

Overall, I found plenty to like and I’m looking forward to seeing where Bitsler goes from here.
