JackpotRabbit is an entertaining new sweepstakes casino that went live in late 2024, with tons of slots and progressive jackpots for players in 40 U.S. states. For this JackpotRabbit review, I created a new account and spent a week playing games, claiming promos, redeeming prizes, and more. Everything you need to know about JackpotRabbit is here.

JackpotRabbit Promotions and Bonuses
JackpotRabbit has lots of interesting promos, which means plenty of opportunities to pick up free GC and SC. The welcome bonus provides a great platform to kickstart your experience on the site, and I loved the ongoing Piggy Bank bonus. It’s not perfect however: I was surprised not to get any GC from the daily login bonus.
I opted into every bonus at JackpotRabbit, and I’m explaining how you can follow in my footsteps. Let’s get the ball rolling:
How I Claimed JackpotRabbit’s No-Deposit Bonus
You’ll claim a total of 175,000 GC and 3 free SC after you sign up, verify your email, complete your profile, and confirm your cell phone. Here’s how to do it:
- Visit JackpotRabbit’s website and click “Sign Up” to open their registration screen.
- You can sign up with your Google account, Facebook login, Apple ID, or email. If you decide to start with a clean slate, enter your email and create a new password. Read their documents using all the links provided, check the box, and click “Sign Up” again.
- Open your email inbox and click the link inside JackpotRabbit’s verification message. You’ll be sent back to their website to complete your profile.
- Enter your first name, last name, birthday, and zip code on the next screen. Then, click “Save” and enter your mobile phone number when prompted. Enter the four-digit SMS code you receive on their website.
- When you’re redirected back to JackpotRabbit’s homepage for the last time, you’ll see 175,000 GC and 3 free SC waiting in your account balance. You can also claim the first daily bonus to get another 0.2 free SC immediately.
I was able to play games within five minutes of signing up, so the process isn’t overwhelming for beginners. There are more steps than usual, but none of them are particularly hard to understand.
JackpotRabbit Bonus Code
There is no JackpotRabbit promo code required for any promotions.
How Does The Sign-Up Bonus Compare to Other Sweeps Casinos?
Most sweepstakes casinos give players between 1 – 3 free SC as a starting bonus, and it’s good to see that JackpotRabbit is on the high end of this range compared to the competition, with 175,000 GC and 3 free SC for new players.
As a comparison, JackpotRabbit edges out rivals like Sixty6 Casino’s 75,000 GC and 2 free SC, and Mega Bonanza’s bonus of 7,500 GC and 2.5 SC.
On the other hand, Sweepslots starts new players off with 5,000 GC and 5 SC, so you can find better bonuses out there. However, I am definitely more than satisfied with the welcome bonus I got at JackpotRabbit.
Check out how JackpotRabbit welcome offer compares to other sweepstakes casino no-deposit bonuses.
Other JackpotRabbit Promotions in April 2025
I’m discussing all the latest JackpotRabbit bonuses and promotions you can claim right now:
Daily Bonus
JackpotRabbit’s daily login reward operates based on a seven-day schedule. I was able to get 0.2 free SC every 24 hours by responding to the pop-ups on their website. If you miss the offer for whatever reason, open their main menu and select “Daily Login” to receive your free coins.
If you sign into your account for seven days in a row, you’ll earn 10 free SC spins to use on a game of their choosing. During my week spent testing the site, I was able to play Rich Piggies: Bonus Combo with my bonus.
My only real complaint here is that JackpotRabbit doesn’t give you any free Game Coins, which I find strange. Most sweeps sites prefer to restrict the number of SC they hand out, rather than GC, so this seems like an easy fix.
First Purchase Bonus
JackpotRabbit hosts two first purchase discounts priced at $24.99 and $49.99, respectively. You are getting a 100% boost no matter which package you choose, but you can only pick one of the Game Coin bundles listed below:
- $24.99 – 875,000 GC + 50 free SC (100% boost)
- $49.99 – 2,000,000 GC + 100 free SC (100% boost)
I appreciate how they cater to different budgets, but I wish there was something more affordable on deck for new players. Most first purchase discounts start from $9.99 or $19.99, so it would be nice to see them add another offer in that range.
Refer-A-Friend Bonus
JackpotRabbit’s refer-a-friend bonus allows you and a friend to split 900,000 GC and 25 free SC in shared rewards. When they sign up and buy at least $29.99 worth of Game Coins, they’ll earn 400,000 GC and 5 SC to accompany their purchase.
You’ll get 500,000 GC and 20 free SC after your friend makes their first qualifying purchase. You can also invite as many friends as you want. I opted to test this promo with one of my coworkers and clicked “Invite Friends” from the main menu to grab my referral link.
I like how JackpotRabbit makes it possible to share your referral link on Facebook or WhatsApp directly from their website. I clicked “Copy Invite Link” and sent the link to my friend. She signed up before buying 300,000 GC and 30 free SC for $29.99 to satisfy the requirement.
She got 400,000 GC and 5 free SC on top of her purchased coins instantly. Just a few minutes later, I received 500,000 GC and 20 free SC exactly as advertised. I like this referral offer since your friend only needs to spend $30 for both of you to share an extra 25 free SC. It’s a good deal.
Daily Tournaments
JackpotRabbit’s daily tournaments feature decent prize pools for GC and SC players. All their slots are tournament-eligible, and your objective is to land the largest winning multipliers to land a place in the table.
You’ll earn two leaderboard points for a 10x – 24x multiplier, 25 leaderboard points for a 25x win multiplier, and 100 leaderboard points for any win multiplier above 25x. GC/SC prizes are given to the top 20 players at the end of each race.
I had a chance to participate in their Rainbow Road Cup, which featured a prize pool of 290 SC and required me to spend at least 0.2 SC per spin. I was able to hit a handful of 10x multipliers, but getting 10 leaderboard points didn’t get me high enough to win among thousands of players.
Piggy Bank
As you play games and make purchases at JackpotRabbit, you’ll notice that extra SC creeps its way into your Piggy Bank. Your Piggy Bank can hold up to 20 free SC, but you can withdraw the coins inside at any point. All the SC in your Piggy Bank is transferred to your playable balance.
Your Piggy Bank only gets filled when you play with Super Coins. I couldn’t find any specific details about the rate they are collected, but I got 0.04 SC back after spending the 3 SC I got from Jackpot Rabbit’s no-deposit reward.
I wouldn’t expect to get a ton of free SC from this promo unless I was buying lots of GC bundles, but it’s a nice little feature for players to get a few extra spins from time to time.
Mail-in Offers
JackpotRabbit accepts mail-in requests from their players, and you’ll receive 1 free Super Coin for each envelope. You’ll need to address your envelope to UTech Solutions, LLC using the instructions documented underneath Section 2 of “Alternative Method of Promotional Entry.”
Unfortunately, when sites like Chumba and McLuck are handing out 4 – 5 free SC per letter, this bonus from JackpotRabbit doesn’t feel particularly generous.
My Experience Opening an Account at JackpotRabbit
I was able to get JackpotRabbit’s no-deposit bonus in just under five minutes, and I’m showing you exactly how it’s done. Let’s take a closer look at the process:
- Visit JackpotRabbit’s website: Visit JackpotRabbit’s website and click “Sign Up” to open their registration screen.
- Choose your registration method: You’ll notice four ways to sign up with your Google account, Facebook login, Apple ID, or email address. I signed up with my email address.
- Enter your personal information: If you’re starting from scratch, enter your email and create a new password on the following page.
- Agree to JackpotRabbit’s terms: Read JackpotRabbit’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other documents using the provided links. Once finished, tick both boxes to agree with their terms and certify that you’re at least 18 years old. Click “Sign Up” to claim 125,000 GC immediately.
- Verify your email address: Open your inbox and look for JackpotRabbit’s verification message. Click the button inside to verify your email and get 10,000 GC + 1 SC. You’ll be directed back to their home page, where you’ll be prompted to complete your profile.
- Complete your profile: Enter your first name, last name, date of birth, and zip code before clicking “Save.” You’ll get 15,000 GC and 1 free SC after completing this step. Your entry should match what’s listed on your ID. Next, click “Verify Phone Number”.
- Verify your phone: Enter your mobile number and tick the box to give consent. Click “Send Verification Code” and enter the four-digit code you receive on their site. You’ll receive 25,000 GC and 1 free SC.
- Claim bonus coins: You’ll receive a total of 175,000 GC and 3 free SC after finishing the steps listed above. Unfortunately, you can’t start playing games until you’ve fully filled out your profile and verified your cell phone. It took slightly longer than I’m used to, but I was still up and running within five minutes.
What I Liked and Disliked About JackpotRabbit
JackpotRabbit’s no-deposit bonus, daily tournaments, unique promos, live chat support team, and Piggy Bank feature were all highlights during the week I spent testing this casino.
I was less impressed by the lack of tables or live games. I also think they could begin handing out free GC with the 0.2 SC you’re guaranteed each day. Most importantly, I don’t like that you need to purchase Game Coins at least once in order to get KYC-verified and redeem prizes.

My Thoughts on the Game Selection at JackpotRabbit

JackpotRabbit caters to slot players, jackpot hunters, and tournament fans with a collection of 445 slots, 31 progressive jackpots, and eight fishing-style games from 11 software providers. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find table games like blackjack, baccarat, poker, or roulette, and no live dealer games.
Slots
Slots are the main thing on the menu at JackpotRabbit, with a medium-to-large menu that is both accessible for beginners and with enough depth to satisfy more experienced players.
I was greeted by a list of their most popular titles as soon as I logged into the site, via the “Start Your Way Here” section. If you’d rather try everything JackpotRabbit has to offer, you can view their different categories in their Lobby.
I like how they’ve grouped together Hold N’ Win games, bonus buy games, adventurous slots, classic titles, and Bonus Combo slots on their homepage. Their themed collections were another highlight, with selections of slots themed around animals, fruit, and retro reels. I found it easy to explore the menu and get a sense of all the different types of games.
There seems to be something for just about everyone, but my game choices were inspired by the running list of winners underneath “Hot.” I used this feature to see which slots were the most action, and I landed on Diamond Shot by Netgame.
Diamond Shot is also one of JackpotRabbit’s highest-paying progressives. At the time of my review, it featured a top prize worth 136,035 SC. You can spend between 0.3 SC and 45 SC per spin, making this game a good choice no matter your budget or risk tolerance.
If sparkling and glittery machines don’t capture your attention, I’d suggest trying their collection of retro reels. Slots like Farmer Bill and Take the Shot take your experience away from gold and riches to something a bit more realistic, such as a basketball court or even a spacious cornfield.
I love how JackRabbit has integrated its slot tournaments into the experience of playing the games.
You can see active tournaments while you spin, and there’s even a section to view which players are leading the pack thus far. Normally, I have to manually check the tournament leaderboard from the Promotions section, so this is a much better system.
Table Games
JackpotRabbit doesn’t have any virtual table games, so I can’t recommend them for players that were hoping to find blackjack, baccarat, roulette, or poker.
Live Dealer Games
JackpotRabbit doesn’t host any live dealer games. If that’s what you’re after, Mega Bonanza is a much better casino. They work with Iconic21 to host eight live tables, including Gravity Blackjack, Crash Live, and Sic-Bo.
Fishing Games
JackpotRabbit has eight fishing games, which are a nice change of pace from slots. This is the only game type that doesn’t qualify for daily tournament participation.
Fishing games are faster paced and more interactive than slots. I had a great time embodying the mighty Zeus as I fired my way to freedom on Thunder Fishing.
In the future, I’d like to see JackpotRabbit explore more non-slots games. At the moment, the menu is great for slots fans but I’ve played at casinos that have far more table games, live games and specialties. Fishing games like Thunder Fishing just whetted my appetite.
JackpotRabbit Payment and Redemption Experience
You’re never obligated to buy coins before playing games at JackpotRabbit. They started me off with 175,000 GC and 3 free SC. I also claimed 0.2 free SC for six days in a row before I claimed 10 free spins on Rich Piggies: Bonus Combo to cap off the week.
If you decide to purchase GC, most packages come with SC as a free bonus. The payment options are pretty limited, but they worked well for me when I tested them out.
JackpotRabbit also has some sneaky terms and conditions around redemptions that I didn’t like so much.
JackpotRabbit Payment Details | |
Payment methods | Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay |
Minimum purchase | $4.99 |
Minimum prize redemption | 25 SC for gift card, 100 SC for cash prizes |
Prize redemption time | 1 – 5 days |
Payments
JackpotRabbit accepts Visa and Mastercard for GC purchases. You can only use Apple Pay to buy coins if you’re accessing their website from an iOS device. Going forward, I’d like to see them accept Amex, Discover, ACH, Skrill, PayPal, and other e-wallets as their banking menu is quite limited.
There are two 100% first purchase boosts on offer for new players, priced at $24.99 or $49.99. It’s a good offer, but I’d love to see the same one starting from around $9.99, for lower stakes players.
Here’s a look at their standard Game Coin packages:
- $4.99 – 50,000 GC + 5 free SC
- $9.99 – 100,000 GC + 10 free SC
- $11.99 – 120,000 GC + 12 free SC
- $19.99 – 200,000 GC + 20 free SC
- $29.99 – 300,000 GC + 30 free SC
- $50 – 875,000 GC + 50 free SC
- $99.99 – 1,000,000 GC + 100 free SC
- $149.99 – 1,500,000 GC + 150 free SC
- $199.99 – 2,000,000 GC + 200 free SC
- $299.99 – 3,000,000 GC + 300 free SC
- $499.99 – 5,000,000 GC + 500 free SC
For my first purchase, I spent $24.99 to buy 875,000 GC and 50 free SC. Normally, this package would cost me $50. I was asked to enter my card number, expiry date, CVV code, name, billing address, and birthday. From start to finish, entering this information took me about 30 seconds.
If you’ve already linked your card information via Apple Pay, there’s no need to enter any card details manually. Here’s how you can make your first purchase at JackpotRabbit:
- Click “Buy” at the top of the page.
- Choose your preferred GC bundle.
- Click “Add New Card” on the next screen.
- Enter your information and click “Add Card.”
- Click “Pay” to complete your initial purchase.
I like how simple it is to buy coins at JackpotRabbit, and I was able to play games right away. They also have a special offer after you buy five separate GC packages, where you’ll get a free bonus worth 100% of your last purchase. This is a nice promo which I haven’t seen at other sweeps casinos.
Redemptions
You must win at least 25 SC to request a gift card redemption at JackpotRabbit. If you want to request a cash prize via bank transfer, you’ll have to win at least 100 SC during gameplay. It’s great that JackpotRabbit delivers gift card prizes, but they should lower the minimum to 10 SC to be competitive with the other top casinos.
Any SC that you obtain for free is subject to a 1x playthrough requirement. You have to spend your free SC on gameplay before redeeming it for gift card or cash prizes at a rate of 1 SC to $1.00 USD. I was able to win 33 SC mid-way through the week, so I wanted to get my prize.
Unfortunately, you have to make at least one purchase to unlock their KYC verification process, meaning you effectively have to spend money in order to redeem prizes.
I was able to satisfy this requirement when I bought their first purchase bonus for $24.99. Then, I opened the main menu before selecting “Account” and “Verification.”
I was prompted to upload a photo of my ID and a photo of the bank card I paid with. Make sure your name, the first six digits of your card and the last four digits of your card are visible. Their agents verified my details 12 hours later, after which point I was able to redeem SC prizes.
I clicked “Buy” and toggled to “Redeem” before choosing “Gift Card” as my preferred method. I entered the number of SC I wanted to redeem and got a $33 gift card code sent to my email the next day. I also requested a cash prize later, and it took two days for the $105 payment to hit my account.
Here’s how to request your first prize at JackpotRabbit:
- Make a purchase to unlock KYC verification.
- Upload your ID and a photo of your bank card.
- Click “Buy” and “Redeem” once you’re verified.
- Choose your preferred SC redemption method.
- Enter the number of SC you want to redeem.
- Wait for delivery to your bank account or email.
Finally, although JackpotRabbit is owned and operated by UTech Solutions, it appears to be modelled after casinos run by A1 Development, like Tao Fortune for instance.
I know from playing at A1 Development casinos that there is a 25 SC limit on prizes you can receive via bonus SC that you didn’t receive from a GC purchase, which also seems to be the case here. I was playing with SC from my first purchase bonus, so this didn’t affect me, but it’s worth remembering.
Strangely, I can’t find this rule in their Terms of Use, but judging by my research on TrustPilot it is in place. I think JackpotRabbit should make this clearer.

Overall User Experience – Is JackpotRabbit Fun to Play At?
JackpotRabbit is a lot of fun to play at on desktop, but less so on mobile. There is no JackpotRabbit mobile app, and no web app alternative which many casinos have. As such, the mobile interface felt a tad cramped on my iPhone 16, which isn’t something I have to say often.
Overall, I was very impressed with my desktop experience and I’d like to see them improve on mobile.
Desktop
JackpotRabbit’s website leans on meticulous organization to make all the gears turn smoothly. As soon as I logged in, I was able to see their latest promotions and tournaments in addition to five themed slot collections.
Their “Start Your Way Here” games were a nice introduction to the site, and I jumped straight into Rich Piggies 2: Bonus Combo.
Across the board, I was very impressed with the organization of the gaming menu. I was able to check and uncheck particular software companies within the search function, giving me the ability to view games from one, two, or even seven software providers at the same time.
I can see my recently played games when I open the “All Games” category, but there is no dedicated section for them in the menu, which I’d like them to add.
Scrolling down their homepage, I was impressed with the level of detail. They’ve done a good job of breaking down the entire site into easily digestible sections. Here’s what I could see:
- Games
- Promotions
- Tournaments
- Collections
- Start Your Way Here
- Popular
- New
- Quick Buy
- Best of JackpotRabbit
- Hot
- Top Winners and Jackpots
- Rabbit’s Promotions
- Hold N’ Win
- Bonus Combo
- Fishing
- Adventure Games
- Cash Pool
- Bonus Buy
- Classic Reels
- Rabbit’s Collections
Each game has its own rating out of five stars, but it’s not clear how these ratings were calculated, as I couldn’t figure a way to submit a review of my own.
I was able to favorite specific titles by clicking the heart that appears when you open any game.
You’re also able to see the minimum and maximum spin limits along with the maximum prize for GC and SC. Even better, JackpotRabbit recommends five slots that you might also enjoy based on the game you just launched. It’s an impressive level of attention to detail.
Mobile
JackpotRabbit doesn’t have a downloadable app for iOS or Android. I tried to bookmark the site on my iPhone 16, but they haven’t developed an instant-play web app for mobile devices. Their mobile website feels a bit cramped as soon as you log in.
As you scroll down the page and your mobile web browser disappears from the top half of your screen, their website opens up a little bit more.
I liked the addition of their Prize Hub on mobile, which showed me all the ways I could get free coins, which was helpful given the sheer number of bonuses JackpotRabbit has on offer.
I used their bottom-row menu to navigate the site with one hand. Overall, once I got the hang of it, the mobile site works pretty well. I do think they could do with freeing up some more screen space, but it does the job.
Is the Customer Support Any Good?
I had a great experience with JackpotRabbit’s customer support team. They offer free chat and email support, but they’re missing a phone hotline and dedicated FAQ page. I also tried getting in touch with the team on socials, but I didn’t get a reply on Facebook, Instagram, or (X) Twitter.
Their chat feature is easily accessible from the website footer. Click “Online Support” to launch their chat box. I typed “Agent” in the message field to skip chatting with their AI bot, and Sasha responded to my chat 30 seconds later. Their agents were helpful and detailed, in my experience.
During the week I spent testing JackpotRabbit, I found their chat team most useful for answering basic questions about the site. If you have a more complex problem you want to take care of, you could also send them an email at [email protected].
I got a reply from their team 12 hours after sending my initial message, and they sent follow-up responses within an hour or two once the conversation began flowing. Their agents helped me update my personal address and billing information perfectly.
Here’s a quick recap of the ways you can get in touch with customer service at JackpotRabbit:
- 24/7 live chat (Click “Online Support”)
- Direct email ([email protected])
Is JackpotRabbit Trustworthy?
Yes, JackpotRabbit is a trustworthy sweepstakes casino that’s owned by UTech Solutions, LLC.
They operate legally in 40 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. They’re able to operate without an official casino license because they don’t accept real money for betting purposes.
Bear in mind that JackpotRabbit adheres to rules and regulations intended for sweeps casinos. Your personal and financial information are just as safe as they would be with any licensed real money platform. All the titles at JackpotRabbit are RNG-tested to guarantee random outcomes.
They work with reputable software providers including Evoplay, BGaming, and Booming Games. These companies wouldn’t associate their name with JackpotRabbit if they weren’t a safe casino.
JackpotRabbit accepts a small but secure selection of payment methods, such as Visa and Mastercard, for GC purchases.
Who Owns JackpotRabbit?
JackpotRabbit is owned by UTech Solutions, LLC. Their registered address is located at 571 S Washington, Afton, Wyoming 83110, USA. I’m happy to see that they’re incorporated in the US for transparency’s sake.
I wasn’t able to find much additional information about the people behind UTech Solutions, LLC. At the time of my review, their website hadn’t yet launched.
What Do the Reviews Say?
I visited the JackpotRabbit TrustPilot page, where they’ve achieved a 3.6 out of 5 star rating based on 184 reviews. 55% of users gave them five stars, but 26% dropped a one-star review.
Satisfied players appreciate their unique games, frequent promotions, live chat support agents, and quick gift card redemptions.
Unhappy reviewers mention that JackpotRabbit will only pay out 25 SC if you happen to win your redeemable SC from SC that you earned as a free bonus. As I mentioned before, this rule isn’t advertised properly and it feels misleading, in my opinion.
If you are playing with bonus SC you received through a GC purchase, your redemptions won’t be restricted.
Are There Any Responsible Gaming Resources?
JackpotRabbit offers decent responsible gaming resources, but they’re not mentioned anywhere on the website. I had to get in touch with live chat support, where an agent named Maxwell helped me set a $100 daily purchase limit on my account. You can also add weekly and monthly purchase limits.
Unfortunately, JackpotRabbit doesn’t give players the option to set Activity Reminders or link to any resources for those users that might be struggling to maintain control of their gaming habits.
Frankly, I’d like to see this platform do a better job of publicising their responsible gaming tools.
What’s the Difference Between JackpotRabbit and a Real Money Casino?
JackpotRabbit is a sweepstakes casino, which means you can’t use real money to play games. Instead, all the games can be played for free using two types of coins.
You’ll use Game Coins (GC) to play for fun. If you want to play for prizes, you have to use Super Coins (SC). Both GC and SC can be claimed for free, through various promotions.
You can also buy more GC with real money, and most purchases come with free SC as a bonus. It’s not possible to purchase SC outright.
Once you’ve won at least 25 SC from gameplay, you can redeem gift card prizes. You must win 100 SC to redeem cash prizes through a bank transfer.
This structure means that JackpotRabbit is not legally considered a real money gambling site, making it possible for them to operate in 40 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

How We Rate Sweepstakes Casinos
Our experts rely on deep first-hand research to complete our sweepstakes casino reviews. We sign up, get KYC verified and experience everything the casino has to offer, so our readers know exactly what to expect.
We spend a minimum of two hours researching the following five benchmarks over the course of one week:
- Bonuses & Promotions: We opt into each casino’s no-deposit bonus and claim all the rewards we can find on their site. We play games to participate in tournaments, partake in giveaways, and document how each site’s VIP program works (if they have one). We take you through the steps required to claim each bonus, and rate how valuable they are.
- Games: We play a wide range of slots and specialties at every casino we review. We like to see diverse platforms that include table and card games, as well as slots. We’re also focused on the number of software providers each casino works with. We always account for quality and diversity, but we love to see sites that cater to niche audiences.
- Payment Options: We go through the purchase and redemption process at each site we review. We document each site’s payment methods and purchase minimums. We also prioritize casinos that accept e-wallets like PayPal and Skrill. We pay attention to ease-of-use, and we love to see casinos that provide beginner-friendly redemptions.
- User Experience: We analyze how a casino feels to use on desktop and mobile. Our team takes note of beginner-friendly sign-up instructions, comprehensive search filters, snappy loading speeds, and other features that make the site easier to use. We look for a downloadable app, but if we can’t find one, we rate the usability of the mobile website.
- Customer Support: Our team gets in touch with customer support using all the contact methods we’re able to find. We send chats, emails, tickets, and social media DMs at the minimum. If possible, we call over the phone. We’re focused on average reply times, but we account for each agent’s helpfulness and give higher ratings if we see an FAQ page.
Why Trust SweepsChaser?
At SweepsChaser, we are committed to providing our readers with all the information they need before deciding whether to join a casino. Everything that you read comes from personal experience and we never rely on third party sources for our reviews.
Our experts have decades of experience playing online, at both real money casinos and sweepstakes casinos. We’ve seen everything there is to see in the industry, and we bring that expertise to every casino we review.
Ultimately, we want to give you our honest opinion. If we recommend a casino, it’s because we would genuinely be happy to play there in our own time. When we find something we don’t like, we call it out and explain why it should be improved.
Would I Recommend JackpotRabbit?
I’d recommend JackpotRabbit for slots fans that want to enjoy a well-organized selection of games and progressive jackpots. I loved how JackRabbit divides the gaming menu into different themed collections, making it easy for beginners to jump right in. Free live chat support is also impressive.
I’m a fan of their no-deposit bonus, which gave me 175,000 GC and 3 free SC. I loved the regular slot tournaments, the unique Piggy Bank promo let me get back 5 free SC at the end of the week I spent testing the casino.
Moving onto some critiques, JackpotRabbit is missing a VIP program and social media giveaways. The gaming menu is pretty one-dimensional: great for slots fans but with almost nothing for other types of players.
I also think they could be more up-front about the restrictions surrounding SC prize redemptions, especially the $25 limit on bonus SC prizes. Finally, I’d like to see them do a better job of publicising their responsible gaming tools.
It’s still pretty early days for JackpotRabbit, and I’m excited to see where they go from here.
