That said, the missing live dealer games leave a huge gap in the lobby, given they’ve become a staple in the sweepstakes market as of late. 

I was equally disappointed by the slots’ RTP. Finding high 97%+ RTP games like Gemhalla or Aztec Clusters run at 94% RTP on the platform, and many others offer no data about their RTPs at all, didn’t exactly make the library feel player-friendly.

Redemption time also differs between methods. Bank transfers are subject to a 2–5 day internal review before processing continues, with the entire redemption taking up to 10 business days. With Visa or Mastercard, the winnings should reach your account within 2–5 days.

Pay with crypto. That’s the whole recommendation. The live chat is operated by an AI-powered bot that handles most basic questions quite well. But you can always reach the human agents if you’re struggling to get a straight answer by requesting to speak to them. Unlike the bot, which provides instant answers, they can take from 10–15 minutes to over an hour to reply.

The response time for the email channels is still longer. You usually have to wait anywhere from a couple of hours to a day for your answer.

The Help Center is comprehensive, covering 7 key topics about the casino’s operations and rules. But it doesn’t go too deep, so live support remains your best option.

Although I prefer human-manned live chat channels, I found CrashDuel’s AI bot surprisingly helpful. Until CrashDuel reconciles its own documents, treat all nineteen jurisdictions as unavailable.
