How Does the Sign-Up Bonus Compare to Other Sweeps Casinos?

The Cashoomo sign-up bonus can potentially be better than most entry promos, but the amount of SC you receive depends on the Treasure Chest RNG.

Cashoomo’s VIP Vault is different from loyalty schemes at most other sweepstakes casinos. It unlocks only once you make a purchase, and progressing through its tiers is required if you wish to unlock the full game catalog and some of the bonuses.

There was a Top Tier Takeover category during my visit, which only included select Hacksaw games. It seemed like a rotating thing, so I suspect a different provider is spotlighted from time to time. Hacksaw is one of the most represented studios in the library with over 300 games, second only to KA Gaming’s 900+ titles. Next up is BGaming with around 250 titles, mostly classic fruit slots. Cashoomo’s Payment and Redemption Experience

Cashoomo is very limited with its payment options even for a sweepstakes casino. You can only purchase coin packs with cards, while ACH is the available Cashoomo redemption method.

The SC you obtain through purchases and bonuses are initially allocated to your locked balance. Once the 1x playthrough is satisfied, they move to your redeemable balance. The minimum redemption is 100 SC, which equals $100.

My purchases went smoothly. I used my Visa debit card for the first one and ticked the box to save my card details so I wouldn’t have to manually type them in for future purchases. The coins appeared in my balance seconds after the transaction was approved.

As for redemptions, I wasn’t lucky enough to reach the threshold. The user experience at Cashoomo is generally satisfying across both mobile and desktop, apart from a few minor quirks like inactivity logouts and browsing issues.

Desktop

Cashoomo’s desktop layout is fairly standard. There’s a control panel on the left, where you can see your balance, use the BUY button to go to the shop, and access favorites and recently played games. Below, you’ll find lists with featured promos and game categories, as well as How It Works and Live Support buttons at the bottom.

The top of the page has a currency toggle switch, a search bar, and another Buy Coins button. You can access your profile and account settings by clicking the button in the top right corner.

The homepage starts with a banner displaying one of the first-purchase promos, next to which other featured promotions are located. Is the Customer Support Any Good?

Customer support is arguably the weakest area at Cashoomo. Your only support options are live chat and email, but the live chat is handled entirely by an AI chatbot. In my experience, it mostly pulled information from the casino’s help and policy pages, many of which lacked the details I was actually looking for.

I first asked about the playthrough requirement, and the bot responded that no specific requirements were listed at Cashoomo. I then asked how long redemptions took, but all I got was a generic reply saying the timeframe varies.

On both occasions, I requested to speak with a human agent. The chatbot confirmed that a support ticket had been created and that someone would contact me by email. I only received one reply, about two hours later, and it was regarding my redemption question.
