Most of the time, sweepstakes casinos give players between 1 – 3 free SC as a starting reward. While I don’t like that all your free SC is concentrated to a single game at Stackr Casino, they’re still on the upper end of this range.

Stackr Casino’s eight-tiered VIP program looks fantastic at first glance. As you continue playing games with Sweeps Coins (SC), you’ll go from Bronze VIP all the way up to Pink Diamond VIP.

I appreciate that everyone starts out with a 2% rakeback bonus and 5% weekly purchase boost.

Each tier unlocks a special GC + SC bonus, increasing purchase boosts, and rakeback rewards.

You can check your loyalty progress on the left side of the screen.

Unfortunately, it seems like this program rewards high rollers disproportionately, as you have to play through at least 1,000 SC just to progress from Bronze to Silver VIP. I couldn’t find details about the requirements for other levels, and even the support team couldn’t give me any more clarity.

Until Stackr explains more about how you can actually make progress, the jury is out on how valuable this promo really is.

Refer-a-Friend Bonus

Stackr’s refer-a-friend bonus gives you 1 million GC and 20 free SC for each friend that signs up and buys at least $9.99 worth of GC from your referral link. You can invite up to ten friends total.

I love that your friend only has to spend $9.99 before you receive double the value in terms of Sweeps Coins. On the flipside, I don’t like that you can only refer ten people for this promotion.

It doesn’t reset each month, giving you a max of 10 million GC and 200 free SC in lifetime referral awards.

I wanted to test this promotion with my co-worker, so I clicked “Refer A Friend” from the left side of the page. I clicked “Refer Friends & Earn” to copy my link and sent it over. They made a new account and bought 30,000 GC for $9.99. Two hours later, I got 1 million GC and 20 SC.

Social Media Giveaways

Stackr Casino has a pretty small following on Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter). They don’t host any giveaways, instead preferring to flood their feed with new game announcements. I also saw a link to their exclusive Discord chat server, but when I clicked the link, it appeared to be invalid.

My experience with Stackr’s social media feels like a letdown, as I was hoping to find giveaways or competitions of some kind. It’s something to work on for the future.

Mail-in Offers

Stackr Casino accepts mail-in requests from their users. According to Section 3 of their Sweeps Rules, you’ll earn 0.75 SC for each request they accept. Considering that sites like Chumba and McLuck give you between 4 and 5 free SC per envelope, this doesn’t seem like a fantastic deal.

To give credit where it’s due, Stackr’s envelope request procedure requires less work than most platforms because you’re not required to get a Postal Request Code. All you have to do is write your address, the words “Sweepstakes Coins,” and the website URL on each request envelope.

As for the little piece of paper inside each envelope, write your name and their site’s URL again. You can submit as many of these requests as you’d like, but it’s hard to overlook how little SC comes with each request.

It took me ten minutes to create a new account with Stackr Casino, confirm my details, and claim free coins. It’s a little longer than I’m used to, and I think Stackr could improve the sign up experience.

Here’s what I did to get started:

What I Liked and Disliked About Stackr Casino

Stackr Casino’s exciting games, daily bonus wheel, and other ongoing promos were all during the week I spent testing this site. Depending on your preferences, their crypto-only banking menu could be a benefit or drawback.

There is definitely room for improvement, too. I hate the 100 SC redemption limit for free bonus SC and I don’t appreciate how they require you to buy coins before unlocking 24/7 chat support.

My Thoughts on the Game Selection at Stackr Casino

Stackr Casino hosts 681 slots, first-person American Roulette, first-person Dragon Tiger, video poker, a live roulette wheel, and 60 diverse specialties. It’s an enjoyably diverse menu, with lots of different games to discover. I never felt like I was running out of games during my week on the site, and the menu never felt boring or repetitive.

However, they are missing some obvious games, including virtual table games like blackjack, baccarat, and casino poker. I’d also like to see them host more live games in particular, as I’ve never seen a platform with just one live roulette wheel. It begs the question: why haven’t they included live blackjack?

With a better selection of classic table games and live tables, Stackr would tick all the boxes. For now, it excels in slots and quirky specialities.

Slots

Slots are the primary attraction at Stackr, and their menu is powered by 20 software providers. Their user interface allowed me to sort games by theme, software provider, and category. You can jump into the action right away or use detailed search options to find the perfect selection.

I like the care that has gone into organizing the menu, and each slot has its place in one of their themed collections. I was a fan of their “Classic Vegas Slots,” and their “Animal Kingdom” takes players on a wildlife safari with games featured on land and sea.

If you’re feeling a bit peckish, their “Foodie Spins” collection might be up your alley. Games like Sticky Candyland, Dream Diner, Donut Division, and Chocolate Rocket had my mouth watering.

It’s a cool way to browse the menu, in my opinion.

While jackpots are notably missing from their library, I appreciate how they’ve made room for 35 Megaways from Big Time Gaming (BTG). Games like MAX Megaways and The Godfather come with 117,649 potential paylines, and if you unlock the bonus, you could win up to 200x your spin.

75 Hold & Win games up the ante with multipliers ranging from 1,000x to 10,000x your spin. For example, Coins of Ra Power: Hold & Win offers a maximum prize of 1,000x if you hit the Grand payout. Stackr Casino’s collection of slots feels like it’s optimized for nearly every player’s preferences.

Table Games

Stackr Casino is home to a small selection of table games, but their lack of organization makes it hard to differentiate between several categories. Their live games, specialties, and tables are lumped under the “Live Roulette & Crash – Arcade” header, which I opened via the left sidebar.

Their first-person tables are sponsored by none other than Evolution, a high-profile iGaming company that’s known for its live dealer games. I had the most fun testing first-person American Roulette because of its eye-catching graphics.

It’s like having access to a roulette studio where you’re the only person in control of the spins.

Evolution’s first-person American Roulette game rivals the quality and realism of Live88’s live dealer roulette wheel, which isn’t something I’m able to say about virtual tables very often.

Stackr has one video poker game, but you can actually play multiple styles of poker in one.

I was able to switch from Jacks or Better to Deuces Wild, Tens or Better, Bonus Poker, and Double Double Bonus Poker by clicking “Change” next to “Jacks or Better.”

You can play between one and 500 hands at a time depending on which format you’re playing.

I enjoyed playing first-person Dream Catcher, a pop-culture inspired game show that turned my casino experience into Wheel of Fortune by delivering multipliers worth up to 40x my initial bets.

The big thing missing here are blackjack and baccarat games. I’d like to see these added to take this collection to the next level.

Live Dealer Games

Stackr Casino has one live dealer roulette wheel from Live 88. You can spend as little as 1,000 GC / 0.5 SC or as much as 500,000 GC / 5,000 SC per spin, so there’s enough room for every player’s budget. I liked being able to see a list of hot/cold picks based on previous recent spins.

You can see a full list of previous winning numbers up top, which allowed me to see how often the wheel landed on black, red, or green right before I joined the action.

Again, I wish they’d add live blackjack and baccarat, plus other live tables. I don’t get why Stackr exclusively hosts live roulette. .

Crash & Arcade Games

Stackr is home to 60 scratch cards and arcade games, but not all of them are visible under the “Live Roulette & Crash – Arcade” header. I used their list of software providers to locate another 45 scratch cards from Hacksaw Gaming. I wish these games were easier for other users to find!

I was happy to see popular titles like Boxes, Mines, Colors, Lines, Limbo and Speed Crash from Hacksaw. Speed Crash puts you in the driver’s seat – as you watch the graph climb, it’s your job to select a target multiplier, calculate the risk, and parachute to safety before you lose the game.

Penalty Champion is another one of my personal favorites, and I was happy to see it here too. If you’re a soccer fan, you’ll love scoring penalty kicks instead of scratching numbers to win coins. But be careful – if the goalie blocks you at any point, you lose the prize you’ve already amassed.

You can top up your GC balance with 17 forms of crypto if you’re running low. Prize redemptions are sent via eight forms of cryptocurrency.

You can’t use traditional fiat currency in any circumstances.

Additionally, Stackr caps your redemptions at  $100/month unless you make a purchase. I hate this rule, since it feels they are indirectly forcing players to buy GC.

Stackr Casino accepts cryptocurrencies for GC payments exclusively. Their lack of fiat payment options, including bank cards and ACH transfers, blocks a major demographic from joining their community. I also don’t like how they reserve 24/7 chat support for players who’ve bought coins.

I opted into Stackr’s least expensive first purchase discount for $4.99. They work with Triple A or Alt5 to support crypto purchases, and they’ve simplified the procedure for beginners as much as possible. Triple A supports mainstream tokens like Bitcoin, and Alt5 supports less common coins like AVAX.

From start to finish, it took me ten minutes to finish my purchase and get the coins delivered to my account. Here’s how I navigated the purchase process at Stackr:

1. Click “Get Coins” from the left sidebar.
2. Choose your preferred package from the next page.
3. Select “Triple A” or “Alt5” from the following screen.
4. Select a form of crypto from the next page.
5. Scan the QR code or send your funds to their requested address.

At most, you’ll wait 30 minutes before your crypto transaction materializes into GC and free SC.

I made my first deposit with Bitcoin, and I waited ten minutes for my $4.99 transaction to reach one confirmation on the blockchain. After this point, I received 12,000 GC and 14.75 SC.

As far as crypto casinos are concerned, this is one of the easiest purchase processes I’ve done.

Redemptions

You must win at least 100 SC during play to request a crypto prize. It’s not possible to request a gift card prize, and they don’t support bank transfer redemptions.

You can redeem crypto prizes through BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, PYUSD, SOL, LNBC, and Binance.

While most casinos impose a 100 SC minimum for cash prize redemptions, sites like Chumba promise gift card prizes starting from 10 SC. Stackr would do well to lower their prize minimum to 50 SC for crypto transfers, if nothing else.

Each SC carries $1 USD in redemption value, and your prizes are equated to crypto by default.

Any free SC you collect from Stackr Casino’s bonuses carries a 1x playthrough requirement, but they reserve the right to impose 10x playthrough requirements on your bonus coins if they want.

It’s not clear under what circumstances this would happen, and it did ring a bit of an alarm bell for me.

According to the fourth paragraph of their Sweeps Rules, you’re only allowed to redeem 100 SC on the back of free play bonuses each month. This includes SC from their login wheel, ads, and no-deposit offer. If you want to redeem more prizes with crypto, you must purchase Gold Coins.

I won 100 SC mid-way through the week. I clicked “Redeem” next to “Get Coins” and selected “Bitcoin” from the drop-down menu. I received my $100 BTC payment a few hours later.

Depending on which form of crypto you use for redemptions, it could take between 15 minutes and 24 hours to reach your wallet. Here’s how to request your first redemption at Stackr Casino:

1. Click “Redeem” next to “Get Coins.”
2. Choose “Crypto” under “Choose Your Redemption Method.”
3. Enter the receiving address you want to send your coins to.
4. Select your preferred crypto token underneath “Currency.”
5. Enter the number of SC you want to redeem for prizes.
6. Tick the box and click “Confirm” to finish your redemption.

There’s no strict KYC policy at Stackr Casino, but I had to enter my birthday and some personal information through AgeChecker before making a purchase with the site. So long as your details in AgeChecker match the information from your completed profile, you’re okay to redeem prizes.

You can redeem a maximum of 10,000 SC from any single win, but prizes worth more than $500 are subject to additional review by their team before they’re sent to your account. While I like the flexibility and ease-of-use their redemption process delivers, I’m really not a fan of the limits attached to bonus SC.

Overall User Experience – Is Stackr Casino Fun to Play At?

Stackr is a lot of fun to play at. While I’m not the biggest fan of their over-illustrated promotions, I like the overall graffiti-style artwork they’ve chosen to adopt. I also appreciate their willingness to design a bunch of themed slot collections, as they’ve captured a playing style for almost everyone.

There is no Stackr app, which is a pity. However, there is a web application which makes it easier to play on mobile.

The web app doesn’t make a huge difference on desktop, but it’s a game-changer on mobile. I bookmarked their website to my home screen for one-click access, and I enjoyed quick loading speeds across the board.

Desktop

I’m a fan of Stackr’s colorful Lobby page. Their promo banners are visible front-and-center, and they move positions on their own to give new users an overview of everything that’s happening.

I switched between GC and SC gameplay by toggling the balance indicator up top. Clicking the blue lightning bolt took me to their purchase menu and informed me that I was eligible to collect a 5% weekly boost. If you reach a higher VIP level, it will show your updated boost percentage.

Their left sidebar is the glue that ties Stackr Casino together. I used this menu to check my VIP progress, spin their daily login bonus wheel, buy coins, redeem prizes, explore games, access promotions, refer friends to the site, and update my responsible gaming limits independently.

As I mentioned before, I’m a big fan of the themed collections they have put together. It made exploring the menu feel much more fun than simply scrolling through lists of games or providers.

It’s easy to “favorite” particular games for later use by clicking the miniature heart at the top-right corner of a game icon.

There are some confusing organizational choices. Stackr needs to differentiate their live games from their tables from their scratch cards. Currently, they’re all under one header.

I’d also like to see Stackr provide more information about each game when you click the icon. At Chip’n Win, you can see the software provider, volatility, bonus features and minimum/maximum GC/SC spin limits for each title before you decide to try it.

Finally, it would be great to see a list of recommended games based on my past interests. Hello Millions does a lovely job of ordering their games by theme just like Stackr, but they also make it possible to play suggested titles.

My overall opinion? Stackr is already great, but it could be even better with a few tweaks.

Mobile

I wasn’t able to find a downloadable app for Stackr Casino on the iOS App Store or Google Play. Thankfully, their website runs flawlessly on Google Chrome. I clicked the center-middle button in my web browser’s address bar and selected “Add to Home Screen.”

This step installed a bookmarked icon to my iPhone 16. While it doesn’t require any extra space on your phone, it brings you to an optimized version of their website for mobile use. This has the benefit of keeping you signed into your account, which can be useful for quick mobile sessions.

The only notable design change between desktop and mobile is the addition of their bottom-row menu. I used this menu to switch between GC/SC gameplay, view their purchase options, check my VIP progress, launch recently played titles, access my favorites, and search for new games.

Their left sidebar opens up when you click the bottom-right menu tab, and you can watch ads on-the-go to collect free coins. I like how they’ve kept their design similar across platforms, as beginners won’t have any trouble making the switch between devices.

Is The Customer Support Any Good?

I wasn’t happy with the customer support on offer from Stackr Casino. While they have live chat assistance, you have to make at least one purchase before speaking with anyone in real-time. If you don’t plan on spending crypto at Stackr Casino, you’re limited to getting in touch via email.

I sent a message to [email protected] inquiring about their VIP playthroughs for SC participants, and I got a response 30 minutes later. Unfortunately, their email support was less than helpful as I tried to figure out how many SC I would need to move from Bronze to Silver.

I tried getting in touch with their team on socials to no avail. I wanted to join their Discord server, but their site link was offline at the time of my review. While they have an FAQ page, it’s limited in scope and not particularly helpful if you’re experiencing a challenging issue with their casino.

Their paid chat support team replies in seconds, but I’d rather wait a few minutes longer to get a response if it allows them to de-monetize their chat feature. For what it’s worth, their chat agents were courteous as I inquired about their daily login bonus and free play redemption limits on SC.

The vast majority of satisfied players love Stackr’s purchase-centric VIP program, reliable crypto redemptions, generous sign-up offer, and chat support team.

Unhappy users were blindsided by their 100 SC monthly redemption limit for free SC. That’s why it’s so important to read T&C’s, but I empathize with these players.

I was able to set daily, weekly, and monthly GC purchase limits and SC risk limits. Not many casinos offer a way to limit your SC spending, so I have to give credit where it’s due.
