Lions Den Games takes a different approach from the typical sweepstakes casino. You purchase digital art, and each piece comes with a bonus of coins that can be used to play games. During my time on the site, I enjoyed the originality of the concept, the variety of fishing games, and flexible payment methods.

In this Lions Den Games review, I’ll explain how the digital art model works, promotions, games, payments, redemptions, user experience, customer support, and more.

Lions Den Games Promotions and Bonuses

Lions Den Games disappoints when it comes to promotions. Not only are usual sweepstakes bonuses missing, but the few that are available offer such minimal amounts that it’s nearly impossible to properly explore the games.

I found myself running out of coins essentially as soon as I started gaming and felt like I had no real option but to make a purchase if I wanted to keep on playing, which defeats the point of the sweepstakes model. There’s also no loyalty or VIP program, social media giveaways, or mail-in requests, which are standard features at competitors.

How I Claimed Lions Den Games’ No Deposit Bonus

After signing up, new players will receive a no-deposit bonus of 1 Lions Den Coin. This is just the standard daily bonus; there is no specific standalone no-deposit bonus.

  1. Starting off, I clicked “Join Now” and created an account by filling out the form.
  2. After entering the site, I saw that the 1 LDC had been immediately credited to my account.
  3. I then used that bonus to test out a game.

I was disappointed that there wasn’t a proper Lions Den Games no-deposit bonus for new players, as this is a standard feature across sweepstakes casinos. It meant that I had to make a purchase to try out the platform and play games, as that 1 LDC didn’t get me far at all.

Lions Den Games Bonus Code

No Lions Den Games bonus code is required for the no-deposit bonus.

How Does The Sign Up Bonus Compare To Other Sweeps Casinos?

The Lions Den Games sign-up bonus is 1 LDC. Since they’re redeemable, LDC works more like Sweeps Coins than Gold Coins. There isn’t a true “play-for-fun” currency like Gold Coins on this platform.

Usually, sweepstakes casinos hand out 1 to 3 SC as part of the welcome bonus. Occasionally, it can be higher. Carnival Citi, for example, provides the equivalent of 5 SC. When it comes to Gold Coins, the amount is much higher, often anywhere from 50,000 to 300,000 GC.

Normally, GC is awarded more generously and lets you explore the site without any pressure to make a purchase, which is missing here. It’s a different setup than what I’m used to seeing at other sweepstakes casinos, and I did miss that free play aspect.

Other Lions Den Games Promotions in September 2025

Take a look at the other promotions that are currently available at Lions Den Games:

Wallets

Lions Den Coins (LDC) can go into three different wallets: Silver, Bronze, and Gold. The Silver Wallet holds all promotional or bonus LDCs you get, which can only be used on slot games. The Bronze Wallet has the LDC you get through purchases, which can be used on all games. The Gold Wallets contain all your redeemable winnings, which are the LDCs that have been played through once and can be cashed out.

Daily Bonus

All players receive 1 free Lions Den Coin every 24 hours. It is automatically added to your account. There’s no need to click or claim anything. While I always appreciate free daily coins, 1 LDC is the bare minimum and didn’t do much to sustain my gameplay. Most games have minimum bets of 0.5 or 1 LDC, so it’s clear that the daily Lions Den Games bonus isn’t designed to give you an actual gaming session. Unless you’re purchasing digital art, you’re not going to be able to properly play games.

First-Purchase Bonus

On your first purchase of digital art, you’ll get a special boost of 30% more LDC. For example, instead of receiving 10 LDC with a $10 piece of art, you’ll get 13 LDC. This is automatically applied, and the extra LDC is immediately credited to your balance with the rest of your free bonus of LDC. I liked how it was applicable to any purchase, and doesn’t box you into a specific price point.

Bonus Wheel

At Lions Den Games, new players can spin the Bonus Wheel after signing up to receive a percentage discount on any purchase of artwork. When I gave it a try, I landed on a 10% diLDCount, which was a nice bonus for a future purchase.

After signing up, just click the Bonus Wheel icon at the bottom left to see what you get. The available bonuses range from 0% to 100%. You’ll receive a voucher code that can be entered into your cart when purchasing an art piece; this code can be found under “Coupons” in the menu. Even if you’re not ready to buy right away, it’s worth spinning and saving your diLDCount for later.

Refer & Earn

Players can earn a bonus by inviting friends to join Lions Den Games. The referral bonus is 15% of their first purchase. All you need to do is either enter your friend’s name and email on the “Refer & Earn” page or share your unique referral link with them, which they can use to sign up. Then, they just need to make a purchase for you to receive the bonus. It’s simple, easy, and doesn’t require you to do much to receive a reward.

My Experience Opening an Account at Lions Den Games

Opening an account at Lions Den Games didn’t take me long. I had my account up and running in just a few minutes.

Here’s my step-by-step guide:

  • Load the website – Starting off, load the website on your desktop or mobile browser. I was using my laptop, as I find that process to be easier on a bigger screen. Then, click the “Join Now” icon in the top right corner.
  • Choose the log-in method – You’ll be redirected to a page where you can choose to sign up with an email or log in through a preexisting Facebook or Apple account. Since I like to keep my accounts separate, I decided to create a new account through email.
  • Create an account – On the next page, you’ll be asked for your email and to create a password for your account. Then, you’ll be required to enter your phone number, create a username, and provide your date of birth. You must be at least 18 to sign up and use Lions Den Games.
  • Agree to the terms – Finally, you’ll need to tick a box confirming that you’re over 18, accept the terms, and agree to KYC. It’s always worth reviewing the terms and conditions so you know exactly what you’re signing up for before getting started.
  • Explore the site – As I mentioned before, there isn’t a Lions Den Games sign-up offer, but you will receive the daily bonus. It won’t get you far, but you’ll be able to play a couple of rounds of a game.

What I Liked and Disliked About Lions Den Games

There were a few things I liked about Lions Den Games during my review. The platform takes a different approach with its digital art model, which at least offers something new in the space. I was impressed by the fishing game selection, and the flexibility of being able to pay with both fiat and crypto. I had a generally good experience with customer support, and redemptions were processed fairly quickly in one to two days.

Still, there is room for improvement. There are very few promotions, and the ones that are available don’t provide much LDC. I ran out of coins fast and felt pushed to make a purchase just to keep playing. There aren’t any table or live dealer games, and the library only has games from two providers. I also didn’t like how there was no fun-to-play currency, like Gold Coins, so that you can casually explore games. I thought the concept was interesting, but it just honestly feels underdeveloped.

My Thoughts on the Game Selection at Lions Den Games

Lions Den Games has a library of over 800 games, covering slots and fishing games. Unfortunately, you won’t find any table games, live dealer tables, or specialty games here. Although the number of games was decent, I found that it was difficult to explore the library with the limited LDC that I had. The variety of the software providers and quality of their titles didn’t measure up to what I’m used to seeing at other sweepstakes casinos.

Slots

Lions Den Games Sweepstakes Casino Slots

Slots make up the bulk of the library with over 710 titles. I’d say this is a mid-sized collection; it’s not the biggest menu that I’ve seen in sweepstakes gaming, but it’s by no means the smallest either. There’s a decent range of themes, too, which helped keep things from feeling too repetitive at first.

Games are supplied by two software providers: ArrowsEdge and KA Games. I was already familiar with KA Games, but hadn’t come across ArrowsEdge before, so it was refreshing to see new titles instead of the same old games found across most sweepstakes casinos.

That said, I wasn’t too impressed with the overall quality of the games during my Lions Den Games review. After a while, the novelty wore off, and having games from only two providers started to feel restrictive. A lot of them felt dated, both in terms of design and gameplay. It was almost like playing games from a decade ago that, unlike slots from other providers, haven’t been updated over the years.

Another issue I had was that the minimum bets for most slots were 0.5 or 1 LDC. This made it very difficult to explore the library since few LDCs are earned through promotions and purchasing digital art. I would check out one title for a few minutes, and already my balance would be drained, so I simply had to continually make purchases to explore what the library had to offer, which was frustrating and a letdown.

Table Games & Live Dealers

There aren’t any table or live dealer games at Lions Den Games. While it used to be common for sweepstakes casinos to focus on slots, this is shifting as many top competitors now offer a solid mix of table and live games. At the moment, Lions Den Games only features titles from two software providers, neither of which produces table or live dealer games. So, it’s unlikely we’ll see that kind of variety added anytime soon. It’s a shame, as these types of games could really round out the library.

Fishing Games

I was pleased to find that Lions Den Games does at least offer more than just slots. You can explore over 90 fishing games, which is impressive on its own. Most sweepstakes casinos only feature a handful of these titles, so seeing such a wide range here really stood out.

While it was a nice break from slot gaming, the issue with fishing games is that you burn through your balance rapidly. These fast-paced games require you to aim and shoot at targets, draining your balance fast compared to slots. It’s not really a game that works well with limited coins, which tends to be the case at Lions Den in my experience.

Lions Den Games’ Payment And Redemption Experience

Lions Den Games takes a different approach from typical standard sweepstakes casinos. Instead of purchasing Gold Coins that come with a bonus of Lions Den Coins, you buy digital art from their partner site, JK Digital.

Each piece of art that you purchase comes with a free bonus of Lions Den Coins, which you can then use to play games on Lions Den Games. When you buy a digital art piece, you can view it, download it, and share it for personal use. However, it doesn’t come with full rights, so you don’t actually have full ownership of it in any way.

Compared to the standard sweepstakes casino model, I wasn’t a big fan of this system. It felt like an unnecessary effort having to visit a separate site to just buy a piece of digital art, especially when other sweepstakes sites allow you to purchase a package directly in a few clicks. The whole process feels a bit clunky.

Generally, Lions Den Games doesn’t offer the same level of ongoing promotions or free coins compared to other sweepstakes casinos. If you actually want to play properly, you have to buy digital art. So, it doesn’t really follow a true free-to-play model like the standard sweepstakes casino.

Payments

Digital art can be purchased at JK Digitals using Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cryptocurrency. Each piece is priced between $4 and $50, and the more you spend, the more detailed the artwork becomes and the more free Lions Den Coins you’ll receive. The LDC bonus matches the price, so if you buy a $10 piece, you’ll get 10 LDC to use on games.

Lions Den Games Sweepstakes Casino Wallpapers

For my first purchase, I bought a cartoonish $5 piece, using Apple Pay as I was on my phone. When you go to your cart, you can apply the voucher code from spinning the Bonus Wheel.

What I like about Apple Pay is how quick and easy it is to use. All you need to do is double-click with Face ID, and the transaction is immediately processed. There’s no need to enter any banking information, which makes it one of the faster methods for payments. The downside is that it is only available to Apple Users. However, those with Android can use Google Pay, which is also supported.

Here’s how to buy digital art:

  1. Go to the JK Digitals site by clicking “Entries.”
  2. Pick a digital art piece.
  3. Click “Add to Card,” then select “Place Order.”
  4. Choose “Load on Lions Den” as your delivery method.
  5. Select a payment method.
  6. Enter financial information.
  7. Confirm and pay.

You can also make purchases using Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards. This is a familiar and easy choice that just requires you to enter your card information.

I was happy to see that Lions Den Games offers both fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies for payments. It’s rare to find a sweepstakes casino that accepts both. All of the most widely accepted cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Ripple, are supported.

Using crypto for the first time is more complex than standard payment methods. You’ll need to create a digital wallet, pick the right coin, buy it through an exchange, and then send it to the right address. It’s not the easiest method by far, which is something to take into account.

Still, there are benefits. Crypto gives you more privacy, as your transactions don’t show up on bank records and you don’t share any private financial information. Since everything runs through blockchain, so it can’t be tampered with once confirmed.

Redemptions

Lions Den Coins that have been played through once can be redeemed for cash prizes. Redemptions are available through Visa and Mastercard debit cards. 1 LDC is the same as $1 in cash prizes. You’ll need a minimum of 15 LDC in your Gold Wallet to request a redemption.

I was disappointed that there weren’t further options, especially considering the range of payment methods. Many sweepstakes casinos only offer redemptions through bank transfers, so I appreciated that Lions Den Games offered debit cards. I personally prefer using a debit card for purchases, as it tends to have a faster processing time.

Here’s how to redeem LDC:

  1. Collect 15 LDC.
  2. Choose a redemption method.
  3. Add financial information.
  4. Click to confirm.
  5. Wait for processing.

After I’d collected 15 LDC through gameplay, I was eligible for a redemption. It took two and a half days for it to arrive in my bank account. Later during the week of my Lions Den Games review period, I made another redemption, and this time it only took one and a half days, which is pretty fast.

Before you can make a redemption, you’ll need to confirm your identity by submitting a picture of a valid federal or state ID.

Overall User Experience – Is Lions Den Games Fun to Play At?

Lions Den Games has a clean, dark interface that looks sharp to start with, but the experience doesn’t really hold up. There isn’t much in terms of modern features or refinement. Browsing the game library was clunky, and overall, the site just lacked the polished feel that I’ve seen at other sweepstakes casinos.

Desktop

Lions Den Games has gone for a dark, sophisticated color scheme that gives the site a sleek first impression. But while it looks modern at a glance, when you start to use the platform, it doesn’t quite keep up. There’s something about the layout and game icons that makes it feel dated, especially compared to other sweepstakes casinos that are fresh and polished.

Lions Den Games Sweepstakes Casino Homepage

It’s quite basic and simple; if you’re looking for interesting features, you won’t find them here, but it’s easy to use. There is a drop-down menu on the left side that has the main features of the site for easy access. You can see your balance at the top, and the live chat can be opened by clicking the floating icon. Occasionally, this icon wouldn’t show up, but once I’d reload the page, it’d appear again.

If you want to buy digital art, you can click “Entries,” and you’ll be redirected to the JK Digital site. I liked how it had a cohesive look to Lions Den Games, but it was annoying that you had to visit and log into a new site just to purchase. The same login that you use for Lions Den Games can be used for JK Digital; you don’t have to create a new account.

The games lobby is split into these categories:

  • Provider
  • Popular
  • Fishing
  • Slots

This isn’t particularly useful when you have over 800 games from only two providers. There’s no option to filter by features or themes, which would really improve the browsing experience. More often than I’d like, I found myself doom-scrolling through each category and randomly picking games. There wasn’t any proper way for me to find a game suited to my preferences, so I had to go by only the look of the icon.

There is a search bar if you have a specific game in mind, but that’s only useful if you know what you’re looking for, not if you’re just trying to explore.

Mobile

There isn’t a Lions Den Games mobile app. I’m always a fan of having an app, as it tends to offer a smoother mobile experience, but this isn’t surprising, as most sweepstakes casinos don’t offer dedicated apps.

I tested the site through my phone’s browser and found it generally worked well. The layout was the same as the desktop version, with all the same features available. Exploring and tapping around the site was simple enough; it was easy to jump between games and check my account while on the go.

However, I did notice a slight difference in performance. The mobile site felt a bit more sluggish than the desktop version, with games taking slightly longer to load, and switching between pages wasn’t quite as seamless. It wasn’t unusable by any means, but there was just enough delay for it to be noticeable.

That said, I liked the convenience of being able to play quick games from my phone. For quick sessions, the mobile site does the job fine. But for longer gameplay, I’d recommend using a laptop or computer for a smoother experience.

Is the Customer Support Any Good?

Customer support at Lions Den Games can be contacted through live chat, email, or phone. Overall, the quality of the service I received was decent, and I’d recommend the live chat for quick responses.

Before I contact support, I always check the help centre or FAQ section to see how useful it is. Lions Den Games’ Help Center is available through its live chat first. However, for some reason, when I clicked on it or searched for a question, nothing came up. I’m not sure if that was just an error during my review period or not, but I had no choice but to reach out to support for all of my questions.

The following channels can be used:

I started by trying out the live chat, which can be accessed through the floating icon at the bottom right. I clicked on “New Conversation” and asked a question about redemptions. An agent almost immediately replied and sent me a pre-written response. It had all the information that I was looking for.

I continued asking several questions, since I couldn’t access the Help Center and wanted to clarify things. The agent was friendly and professional to begin with, but as time went on, they seemed less patient and warm. This was a little disappointing, as I expected that quality to remain throughout the entire conversation. Still, I got the answers that I needed, and the live chat was fast and efficient.

After this, I also tested out the contact form to see their response time. I filled out my name, email address, subject, and message. It only took them an hour to reply to me with an email about Lions Den Game bonuses, which was very impressive for this kind of channel. However, I did prefer the instant communication of live chat or phone rather than having to wait an hour for replies.

Finally, I called their phone number. It took around ten minutes on hold before I was connected to a rep. They were polite and walked me through the process of purchasing digital art. It was nice to be able to directly talk to someone, as it felt more personal.

Is Lions Den Games Trustworthy?

Lions Den Games isn’t as well-known as other sweepstakes casinos on the market, but it is legally available in 39 US states. It doesn’t fall under traditional gambling regulations but operates legally by following sweepstakes laws.

All games are powered by ArrowsEdge and KA Games, both of which are certified in using Random Number Generators (RNGs) to make sure outcomes are fair and completely random. The privacy policy states that measures have been taken to protect users’ personal information, but it doesn’t state what they are.

Before you can redeem any prizes, you’ll also need to verify your identity by submitting a picture of a valid federal or state-issued ID.

Who Owns Lions Den Games?

Lions Den Games is owned and operated by J&K Studios, which is a digital art and gaming company established in 2018. The company is based in Montana and is relatively small, with around 11 to 50 employees. It started off focused on retail digital art sales, with physical locations in Texas, before branching into the online gaming industry through Lions Den Games. The platform takes pride in being veteran-owned, stating on its site that this represents a commitment to service and excellence.

What Do The Reviews Say?

Lions Den Games doesn’t have much public feedback yet. On TrustPilot, it currently holds a 3.8-star rating, but that’s just based on two reviews, which is strange as both of which gave it 5 stars. Those reviewers praised the platform for its fast payouts and responsive customer support.

On Facebook, the platform has a 94% recommendation percentage from 13 reviews. Again, all the feedback is positive, with users mentioning how easy the site is to use, the variety of games available, and quick redemption as the main highlights.

Are There Any Responsible Gaming Resources?

I was disappointed to find that Lions Den Games doesn’t offer any built-in tools for managing gameplay or a proper responsible gaming page. Even though it operates under a sweepstakes model, players are still spending money and playing for real prizes, so having this kind of support in place for responsible play is important.

When I reached out to the support about this, they just sent me links to their social media, which was confusing. Lions Den Games definitely falls short in this area. Other sweepstakes casinos I’ve used have tools, resources, or a dedicated page to help players stay in control of their gaming, so it does need to catch up here.

What’s The Difference Between Lions Den Games and a Real Money Casino?

Lions Den Games is a sweepstakes casino, which means you’re not wagering real money the way you would at a standard online casino. Instead, you’re using virtual currency to play games. However, the platform is different from other sweepstakes casinos. There is only one currency, Lions Den Coins, rather than Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins.

Typically, Gold Coins are the currency that can be purchased directly on the sweepstakes casino, while Sweeps Coins come as a free bonus and are redeemable. In this case, LDC is similar to SC, as it can be earned through promotions or as a bonus when you purchase digital art on their partner site. LDC can be redeemed for real cash prizes, too.

This model makes Lions Den Games different from real money casinos. You’re not depositing or withdrawing money in the usual sense, and because of the sweepstakes setup, the platform operates under different legal rules. It doesn’t require a gambling license and is available in many states where traditional online casinos aren’t allowed.

How We Rate Sweepstakes Casinos

We rate sweepstakes casinos based on real, hands-on use. Every platform we cover is tested just like any player would experience it by signing up, claiming bonuses, playing games, and more. This approach allows us to give you a clear and honest breakdown of how each site really performs.

Each sweepstakes casino is tested over the course of a week, with at least two hours spent focusing on each of these key areas:

  1. Bonuses & Promotions: We claim all available promotions, including no deposit bonuses, daily rewards, social media giveaways, referral bonuses, VIP programs, and more. We check how easy it is to claim, their value, and how much game time they provide. Free GC and SC are essential to a good sweepstakes casino experience.
  2. Games: We try a wide range of games, checking if there is a good mix of slots, table games, live dealer titles, and anything else offered. We look at variety, quantity, and quality, paying attention to the software providers behind the games.
  3. Payment Options: We go through the whole process from purchasing Gold Coins, or digital art in this case, to redemptions for prizes. We look at the available payment methods, their ease of use, and processing times.
  4. User Experience: We test the platform on both desktop and mobile, and if there’s an app, we assess that, too. We look at the platform’s design, layout, performance, and overall usability. We also consider who the site best suits.
  5. Customer Support: We contact customer support through every available option, including live chat, email, and phone, asking relevant questions to see how quick, helpful, and friendly they are. We also look at the help centre and responsible gaming resources to see how well the sweepstakes casino supports its players.

Our reviews give you the full overview, which is clear, honest, and based on actual experience, so you can easily decide which is your next sweepstakes casino.

Would I Recommend Lions Den Games?

Based on my experience, I don’t think Lions Den Games holds its own against other sweepstakes casinos in the industry. I did like the creativity behind the idea, as buying digital art to receive virtual currency isn’t something I’ve seen before. However, in practice, the system feels more like a workaround than a fully developed concept.

Since the artwork doesn’t come with full ownership rights, it doesn’t really hold much value and ends up being like a tedious extra step, especially when compared to how simple it is to purchase Gold Coins directly on other sweepstakes casinos.

I liked a few things. It was good to see that both fiat and cryptocurrencies are accepted, which is rare in the space. The site also has a surprisingly large collection of fishing games, far more than most other platforms offer. Customer support was solid, with responsive agents available through live chat, email, and phone. Redemptions were also processed quickly, in just one or two days.

But there were some big drawbacks. The main one is the lack of promotions. There wasn’t a proper welcome promotion, and the daily bonus is minimal. It’s almost impossible to actually play games unless you spend money, especially since there isn’t a “fun play” currency like Gold Coins.

I also wasn’t a fan of the fact that the games came from only two providers, and you won’t find any table or live dealer games. Another issue was the lack of responsible gaming resources.

Lions Den Games shows promise. The concept behind it is original, and there are things that work well. But the platform doesn’t perform in areas that matter. It needs to bring more to the table than just an unconventional way of accessing coins. Right now, it still feels like an idea that hasn’t been fully fleshed out.
