Golden Hearts Games is a sweepstakes casino that opened shop in August 2020. They appeal to casual players with 312 slots, ten scratchers, and three table games, along with some unique ways to earn Sweeps Coins by completing all kinds of tasks. You can start playing in 45 states and Washington, D.C.

My Golden Hearts Games review is covering the casino’s biggest strengths and weaknesses as I explore their bonuses, games, payment options, and much more in first-person detail.

Golden Hearts Games Promotions and Bonuses

Golden Hearts Games makes it easy to claim free Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Aside from claiming their no-deposit bonus and spinning their daily login wheel, I really enjoyed completing various offers through RevU+ to earn more free Sweeps Coins.

Still, there is room to develop ongoing promos more. Unfortunately, they don’t host any giveaways, competitions, or tournaments on a regular basis.

I opted into each promotion at Golden Hearts Games, and I’m showing you how to follow along.

How I Claimed Golden Hearts Games No-Deposit Bonus

You’ll claim 250,000 GC and 2.5 free SC after signing up and verifying your information with Golden Hearts Games. Here’s how to get started:

  1. I clicked the turquoise “Join Now” button to start the process.
  2. I entered my personal information, ticked the boxes to agree with Golden Hearts’ terms and clicked on “Join Now” again to continue.
  3. I entered my cell phone number and typed the six-digit code they sent me. That was enough to get my account up and running, with a starting bonus of 250,000 GC + 2.5 free SC. I was able to start playing games instantly.

Golden Hearts Games Bonus Code

There’s no Golden Hearts Games bonus code needed to claim any of their latest promotions.

How Does The Sign-up Bonus Compare to Other Sweeps Casinos?

The sign-up bonus at Golden Hearts Games feels right on-par with the bonuses I’ve received at other social casinos. I got 250,000 GC and 2.5 free SC after signing up and verifying my phone. Most of the time, sweepstakes casinos give players between 1 – 3 free SC as a starting reward in my experience.

I’ve gotten a similar bonus of 15,000 GC and 2.5 free SC after making a new account with Hello Millions. Chumba favors Gold Coin players with a no-deposit bonus of 2,000,000 GC and 2 free SC to match. Given the offers from competing sites, Golden Hearts Games appears entirely fair.

On the top end of the scale, more social casinos should follow in Yay Casino’s footsteps. They have one of the best welcome offers around, with 100,000 GC and 10 free SC available upfront.

Other Golden Hearts Games Promotions in June 2025

Here’s a rundown of the latest bonuses and promotions taking place at Golden Hearts Games:

Daily Bonus

Golden Hearts Games’ daily login bonus adds an element of mystery to your game experience. Instead of delivering a consistent reward, you’ll get to spin their SC Bonus Wheel once per day.

You’ll collect a guaranteed bonus of 0.1 SC, 0.15 SC, 0.5 SC, 1 SC, 2 SC, or the max of 5 SC. I got 0.15 free SC and 25,000 Gold Coins on my first day as a player. I came back the next day to get 1 free SC and 5,000 Gold Coins, and I continued with random prizes for the rest of the week.

On the whole, I like this structure. I like how this bonus gives you a chance to win 5 free SC every 24 hours, as most casinos give you just a fraction of a Sweeps Coin per day. Some casinos with random login bonuses include the possibility of not getting any SC at all, so I was happy this isn’t the case at Golden Hearts.

To spin their wheel, click the Plus sign next to your balance and toggle “Daily Bonus.”

First Purchase Bonus

Golden Hearts Games offers the following discount for new players:

  • 1,750,000 GC + 25 free SC – $9.99

This discount is normally priced at $25.00, promising a 150% boost so long as you’re willing to spend $10. I’d like to see them introduce a less expensive discount for low-risk players too, but this boost is on par with discounts I’ve seen at Chumba, McLuck, and other established sweeps casinos.

Refer-A-Friend Bonus

Golden Hearts Games’ refer-a-friend bonus gives you 10 free SC after your friend signs up with your referral link and makes a GC purchase worth any amount. Given that you can purchase as little as 250,000 GC for $5.00 on their website, this is an excellent deal for everybody.

There’s no limit on the number of people you’re able to invite. I wanted to test this bonus with a coworker, so I opened the side menu and tapped “Refer A Friend.” I clicked “Copy Link” next to my link and sent it over. They signed up and bought 250,000 GC + 4 free SC for $5 immediately.

I received 10 free SC just a few minutes after they completed their first purchase. I like how they don’t force your friend to spend an arm and a leg upfront.

RevU+ Offers Wall

Golden Hearts Games has partnered with RevU+ to host an offer wall. You can take on free or paid tasks to earn guaranteed SC. You’re able to see the number of SC you’d receive for each task before you get started. I was able to sort the offers based on recency, popularity, and payout potential.

Golden Heart Games Offers

I chose to view “Free” offers exclusively because I don’t like spending money needlessly. All you have to do is click the offer and follow their instructions. I registered for Experian Boost to collect 3.64 SC, and I signed up for Rakuten to earn 0.32 SC.

Golden Heart Games Rakuten Signup

You can finish as many tasks as you want with absolutely no limits. Golden Hearts Games is one of the few casinos that makes it possible to earn free SC by completing simple tasks, playing mobile games, and signing up for services.

It’s an extremely easy way to get free SC and it’s not something I’ve seen at other sweeps casinos. I’m impressed.

Social Media Giveaways

Golden Hearts Games has a strong presence on Instagram, but they don’t host any giveaways for social media followers. Instead, they announce updates and new game releases.

I’d like to see them do more with their IG profile, especially because they have more than 10k+ followers. Hosting giveaways would be a great way to boost their engagement even more, and keep their existing players happy and invested in the casino.

Mail-in Offers

Golden Hearts Games accepts mail-in requests from players. According to Section 8 (e) of their Sweeps Rules, you’ll receive 50,000 GC and 6 free SC for each envelope that gets accepted by their team. The only catch is that you are limited to submitting one envelope per 24-hour period.

Each request must have a unique, 11-digit Postal Request Code. You can grab codes by visiting their Alternative Means of Entry section of their site. Write your postal request code, full name, email, residential address, and the words “Golden Hearts Games” on a blank, 3 x 5 index card before sending it out via mail.

Your codes expire 180 days after they’re first displayed, giving you six months to make sure letters reach their destination. The most you can get is 1.5 million GC and 180 free SC per month.

It’s a good offer, especially given top sites like Chumba and McLuck hand out 4 and 5 SC for the same effort.

My Experience Opening an Account at Golden Hearts Games

It took me just five minutes to create a new account with Golden Hearts Games, confirm my phone number, and claim free coins. Here’s what I did to get started:

  • Visit Golden Hearts Games’ website: Visit Golden Hearts Games’ website and click “Join Now” to begin.
  • Choose your registration method: Choose whether you’d like to register with Google, Facebook, or your existing email address. I signed up with my email to record the steps from scratch.
  • Enter personal details: Enter your first name, last name, email address, and birthday before creating a new password.
  • Agree to their terms: Read Golden Hearts Games’ Sweepstakes Rules and Privacy Policy using the links provided. Once finished, tick both boxes to certify that you don’t live in a restricted state and agree to their Privacy Policy. Click “Join Now” to proceed.
  • Agree to their T&C’s: After you agree to Golden Hearts’ Privacy Policy, scroll down to the bottom of their Terms & Conditions on the following screen. Check the box to state that you’re at least 18+ years old and certify that you agree with Golden Hearts’ T&C’s.
  • Verify your phone: Enter your mobile phone number on the next screen. Click “Request Code” and type your six-digit verification code on their site. You’ll be sent back to Golden Hearts Games homepage, where you’ll find 250,000 GC and 2.5 free SC waiting for you.

I was able to start playing games immediately. I love how they’ve really simplified this process for beginners.

What I Liked and Disliked About Golden Hearts Games

Golden Hearts Games has some interesting features, and I especially appreciated getting free Sc from the RevU+ offers wall. I also enjoyed spinning the prize wheel every day for a random number of (guaranteed) SC

On the flipside, the game menu is on the small side and their customer support could be improved.

My Thoughts on the Game Selection at Golden Hearts Games

Golden Hearts Games features 312 slots (including two jackpots), a single game of blackjack, Jacks or Better video poker, solitaire, and ten scratchers. If you’re here for titles you’ve never seen before, toggling “Exclusive Games” shows you 23 in-house slots, tables and specialties.

I also enjoyed playing old-school bingo in between spins, which isn’t something I see at every sweeps casino.

However, the menu is clearly lacking in some areas, including roulette, baccarat, and live games. I also wish they’d launch some tournaments to liven up their collection.

Golden Hearts Games is a great option for casual players, but less so if you’re looking for  classic table games, or even just a very deep selection in general.

Slots

Golden Heart Games Slots

I had fun playing slots at Golden Hearts Games, and their user interface makes it very simple to jump into the action. This is great for players who want to get started right away, but they’re missing advanced search features for players that like to do their research ahead of time.

You can sort titles by category via the top header and check your recently played games on their homepage. Regrettably, there’s no way to favorite certain games for immediate access later on, which is a feature I like to have.

Golden Hearts Games Search

Golden Hearts Games features games by eight software providers, but I could not find a way to sort games by provider. All their slots are posted under “Slot Games” with little consideration for theme, volatility, and other metrics I use to decide which slot I’m going to play.

There’s also no dedicated section for jackpot games, but I found two progressives using the search function.

I enjoyed playing Miss Cherry Fruits Jackpot Party, a popular progressive from BGaming, which has three Mini, Major, and Mega Jackpot prizes. Their Mini, Major, and Mega Jackpot prizes are worth 20x, 100x, or 1,000x your current GC/SC spin size.

Golden Hearts Games Fruit Slot Game

Sizzling Blaze Jackpot Deluxe ups the ante for high rollers with a top prize of 10,000x your spin.

I discovered 11 Hold & Win slots with built-in bonus features using the search, but again, there is no dedicated header for these games. Golden Hearts Games’ lack of organization prevents their best titles from earning the recognition they deserve, in my opinion.

Golden Hearts Games Hold Games

I was happy to find a personal favorite of mine in their collection. Buffalo Hold & Win Extreme is inspired by the classic Buffalo Gold machine, and it can deliver endless retriggers during free spins rounds to keep the action going without draining your GC/SC balance.

Golden Hearts Games Buffalo Extreme

Across the board at Golden Hearts Games, I was able to spend a minimum of 5,000 GC / 0.1 SC per spin. While this GC betting limit is on the high side, sweepstakes contestants can make their SC last a while.

Bonus and jackpot hunters can spend between 5 SC – 10 SC per spin on their higher-limit slots, but you won’t find any games that support 100 SC spins like you would over at Hello Millions. It just goes to show that Golden Hearts Games is geared towards beginners that like to have fun.

Table Games

Golden Hearts Games offers a small but exclusive selection of tables and card games. You can play Jacks or Better video poker, 3-Card Bonus Blackjack, and casino solitaire.

3-Card Bonus Blackjack is a fun and simple blackjack game with realistic pacing and graphics. I only wish they had more specialty variants, as classic blackjack (even with enhanced payouts) gets boring after a while.

Golden Hearts Games Blackjack

Jacks or Better is a classic at sweeps casino. The Golden Hearts version features simple gameplay, accessible GC/SC round minimums, and tempting prizes worth up to 250x your stake if you manage to land a Royal Flush with one click.

Old-school casino solitaire is less common and I enjoyed rediscovering this classic card game.  I used the “Hint” function to get me out of a sticky situation as many times as I wanted with no penalty. You can also “Undo” your last move, but you’re only allowed to do that three times per round.

Golden Hearts Games Solitaire

I enjoyed the table games that are here, but Golden Hearts Games is definitely geared towards casuals more than seasoned casino enthusiasts. They don’t feature baccarat, roulette, or casino-style poker games to accompany classic blackjack, video poker, and solitaire.

They also don’t have any live dealer games, putting them behind casinos like McLuck and Hello Millions.

Scratch Cards

Golden Hearts Games is home to six exclusive scratchers. My favorite title here is Scratch Poker, an exclusive game that blends video poker with instant results starting at 5,000 GC or 0.1 SC. You simply reveal the cards to see if you hit a winning hand.

Scratch Poker builds on games like Jacks or Better with three hands per deal instead of one. This gives you more chances to win free coins. You’ll get your coins back with a pair of tens or better, and you’ll get the same 250x prize if you land a Royal Flush.

Golden Hearts Games Scratch Poker

Ronaldinho Scores: Shoot & Win is a unique contribution from Booming Games that looks more like an arcade game than a scratch card. It promises prizes worth between 0.8x and 500x your GC/SC stake depending on whether you can guide the ball into the net.

Golden Hearts Games Ronaldinho Scores

Finally, if you’re looking for something a little different, Golden Hearts Games’ exclusive bingo table puts you in front of four cards. You can choose to mark numbers yourself or have the computer mark them for you. I’d personally suggest auto-dabbing because the announcer speaks quickly.

Golden Hearts Games Payment and Redemption Experience

You’re not required to purchase coins before playing at Golden Hearts Games. Their no-deposit bonus gives you 250,000 GC and 2.5 free SC to match. I also spun their daily login wheel to get between 0.1 SC and 5 free SC every single day.

While I never felt pressured to make purchases here, you can buy Gold Coins with real money if you’re running low on coins. I’m not a fan of their $5 purchase minimum, but I appreciate that gift card prizes are available at a lower rate than bank transfers.

Golden Hearts Games Payment Details

Payments

Golden Hearts Games accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Skrill, and bank payments for GC purchases on desktop. I checked the mobile website and found another option to use Apple Pay on my iPhone 16. New users can spring for the following discount with their initial purchase:

  • 1,750,000 GC + 25 free SC – $9.99 (150% boost)

Here’s a look at their non-discounted GC purchase menu:

  • 250,000 GC + 4 free SC – $5
  • 650,000 GC + 10 free SC – $10
  • 1,750,000 GC + 25 free SC – $25
  • 4,000,000 GC + 50 free SC – $50
  • 10,000,000 GC + 100 free SC – $100

I opted into their $9.99 first purchase discount. It’s super easy to make purchases with a bank card and Skrill. From start to finish, it took me 60 seconds to buy coins for the first time. If you have already linked your details using Apple Pay on mobile, you can buy GC with a single tap.

Here’s how I navigated the purchase process at Golden Hearts Games:

  1. Click the plus button next to your balance.
  2. Choose the price icon next to your bundle.
  3. Enter your billing address when prompted.
  4. Select “Add Credit/Debit Card.”
  5. Enter your card number, expiry date, CVV, and full name.
  6. Click “Purchase” and refresh the page.

I got 1.75 million GC and 25 free SC seconds later, allowing me to play games with zero delays.

Redemptions

You must win at least 50 SC during gameplay to request a gift card prize, and there’s a 100 SC minimum in place for bank transfer prizes. These minimums don’t feel accessible for beginners and I think they could both be lowered.

For example, while Chumba has a 100 SC cash prize minimum, they process gift cards starting at 10 SC. Golden Hearts Games is missing the same kind of accessibility for low-stakes players.

Any free SC you collect from Golden Hearts Games’ promos has a 1x playthrough requirement.

That means you must spend all your bonus SC on gameplay at least once before redeeming them for prizes.

When I tested the redemption process, I received my $55 gift card the same day that I made the request.

Later on during the week, I managed to win 100 SC and qualified for my first bank transfer. This time around, I waited 48 hours before receiving a $100 payment to my checking account. If you request a bank transfer on a higher-volume day, you could wait up to 72 hours for prize delivery.

Here’s how to request your first SC redemption at Golden Hearts:

  1. Open the side menu and click “Redeem.”
  2. Choose your redemption method on the next page.
  3. If you choose a gift card, pick a retailer and confirm your email.
  4. If you chose a bank transfer, enter your routing/account info.
  5. Wait for prize delivery to your email inbox or bank account.

There’s no KYC requirement at Golden Hearts Games, but I was asked to enter my address and confirm my phone number before making purchases and redeeming prizes. While this saved me time as a player, it makes me wonder how often they’re checking the age/identity of other users.

You’re limited to redeeming a maximum of 10,000 SC per calendar month, but this limit drops to 5,000 SC for players in New York and Florida.

Overall User Experience – Is Golden Hearts Games Fun to Play At?

Golden Hearts Games is fun to play at, although I think there is room for improvement in how the games are organized.

It’s easy to find your way around their website on desktop or mobile, and the design couldn’t be much simpler. Their dark purple background goes easy on the eyes, allowing colorful game icons and finely polished bonus banners to stand out.

There is no downloadable Golden Hearts Games mobile app. Instead, they have developed an instant-play web app for mobile. Unlike a downloadable app, it won’t require extra storage on your phone. Instead, the icon takes you to a copy of their site. In addition to saving space, their web app kept me signed into my account.

Desktop

Golden Hearts Games Homepage

Generally speaking, I’m a fan of Golden Hearts Games’ easy-to-understand layout. I was able to switch between GC and SC gameplay by toggling my balance. It was similarly easy to buy coins, get free coins through RevU+, and spin their daily login wheel by clicking the plus tab next to my balance.

The whole thing feels like it has been designed primarily for beginners and casual players.

If you’re wondering how it works at Golden Hearts Games, they’ve included a helpful question mark next to their main menu tab. Clicking their help button showed me everything I needed to know about getting SC, and I appreciate how they’ve linked to their official Sweepstakes Rules.

Opening the right-side menu allowed me to go back to the Lobby, adjust my account settings, view their Help Center, access my referral link and sign out. I like how everything is incredibly easy to find.

Their homepage features a search bar to let you find games by name, and they also include certain categories to help you browse. Here’s what my view looked like as I scrolled down the Lobby:

  • Recently Played
  • Hot Games
  • New Games
  • Slot Games
  • Exclusive Games
  • Table Games
  • Scratch Cards
  • Earn More With RevU+

They are missing a category for jackpots, which I had to find manually.

Golden Hearts Games Menu

I was able to sort games based on popularity, recency, exclusivity, and category. I appreciate how they show your recently played titles, and I’m glad they make their partnership with RevU+ impossible to miss for new players.

Still, there’s no way to “favorite” particular machines for later use. They’re also missing a way to sort by software provider, volatility, and theme. Going forward, they should add these filters and aim to recommend new games based on your previous interests, which is a feature I like from other casinos.

Golden Hearts Games Coins

Having access to real-time game recommendations would make it easier to see which titles fit my budget and preferences.

Mobile

I wasn’t able to find a downloadable app for Golden Hearts Games on iOS/Android.

Instead, I accessed their website using Google Chrome, clicked the square button in my browser’s address bar and clicked “Add to Home Screen.” This added a new icon to my home screen for one-click access.

The mobile site looks good on my iPhone 16. Rather than a big re-design, they’ve kept most of their design features looking the exact same, including the hidden functionality of their brand logo as a home button. Whether you’re on desktop or mobile, tapping the “G” takes you back to the Lobby page.

Golden Hearts Games Mobile Golden Hearts Games Mobile Help Screen Golden Hearts Games Mobile Menu Golden Hearts Games Mobile Wild Wings Phoenix

While I think they could add a bottom-row menu on mobile, their right-hand menu functions pretty well and hides when not in use.  Games run well in portrait and landscape mode, making Golden Hearts Games a capable mobile casino for casuals with a busy schedule.

Is The Customer Support Any Good?

It’s a mixed bag. Golden Hearts Games has email, ticket, and FAQ support, but they’re missing chat and phone service. I tried contacting their team on socials, but I didn’t get a response from anybody before the week ended.

Going forward, I’d like to see Golden Hearts Games offer a way to get in touch instantly.

I had a question about their daily wheel, so I sent an email to [email protected] and I got a reply from a real person 12 hours later.

Next, I submitted a support ticket by opening the right-side menu, clicking “Help Center” and selecting “Submit A Request” from the top of the page. I chose “Gold Coin Purchase” from the drop-down menu, sent them a message, and got a response the next day.

While their agents were helpful and courteous, there’s no way to speak to anybody in real-time.

I was impressed with the Help Center, however. They’ve gone the extra mile to cover important topics like purchases, payments, RevU+ offers, and redemptions.

Here’s a quick recap of the support methods available at Golden Hearts Games:

  • Direct email ([email protected])
  • FAQ (click “Help Center”)
  • Support ticket (click “Help Center” and “Submit A Request”)

Is Golden Hearts Games Trustworthy?

Golden Hearts Games is a trustworthy social casino that’s owned by Golden Hearts Games, Inc. They operate legally in 45 U.S. states and Washington D.C. They don’t need a traditional casino license to do business, but they adhere to sweepstakes regulations.

Golden Hearts Games produces many of their best titles in-house, but the rest of their collection is supplied by seven reputable software providers including 3 Oaks Gaming and BGaming. All the games on their website are RNG-tested to guarantee a random outcome on each spin or round.

You can buy coins and redeem prizes using secure payment methods like Visa, Apple Pay, and ACH bank transfer.

Who Owns Golden Hearts Games?

Golden Hearts Games is owned and operated by co-founders Steven Kane and Jeremy Shea under the brand name Golden Hearts Games, Inc. Their registered address is at 7 Avenue de Lafayette, #121230, Boston, MA 02112-5001.

Golden Hearts Games has a publicly facing LinkedIn profile, as do Steven and Jeremy. I love to see platforms operating transparently, and Golden Hearts Games has had nothing to hide since their opening in August 2020.

What Do The Reviews Say?

Golden Hearts Games has a 3.9 out of 5 star TrustScore based on 1,107 player reviews. 69% of respondents gave them five out of five stars, while 15% of players gave them a one-star rating.

Satisfied players appreciate Golden Hearts Games’ timely bank transfer redemptions, dedicated email support team, beginner-friendly user interface, and mystery bonus wheel. Unhappy players claim their games are rigged, but this is not accurate based on my experience with the platform.

You win some and you lose some, but Golden Hearts doesn’t deserve most of the hate they get from one-star reviews. All their games are RNG-tested to promise fair results 100% of the time.

Are There Any Responsible Gaming Resources?

Golden Hearts Games offers industry-standard responsible gaming resources. You can set up daily, weekly, and monthly GC purchase limits or SC play limits by emailing their support. It’s also possible to take a short break from the action and request a permanent account closure.

If you want, you can have their team remove your ability to make GC purchases altogether.

This allows you to have access to all the games at Golden Hearts, but it stops you from buying coins or spending money in any capacity. I haven’t seen this as a tool at competing casinos, so I’m keen to give credit where it’s due.

Golden Hearts Games clearly prioritizes players’ safety and well-being. They’ve partnered with Birches Health, a leading national online responsible gaming provider, to offer free support and assistance for struggling players. They claim to connect you with personal care in just 24 hours.

They also link to Gaming Addicts Anonymous, Gamblers Anonymous, the National Council on Problem Gambling, and Gam-Anon. I have never seen a platform go this far with links and resources, so you’re in good hands at Golden Hearts Games.

What’s the Difference Between Golden Hearts Games and a Real Money Casino?

Golden Hearts Games is a sweepstakes casino that doesn’t offer real money gambling. You can play games for free with Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). It’s possible to claim GC and SC through various promotions.

Although you can buy Gold Coins with real money, they have no prize redemption value. On the other hand, you can’t buy SC outright – they’re only given as a bonus. You must play games with SC to redeem your winnings for cash or gift card prizes.

Golden Hearts Games’ unique betting structure allows them to operate under sweepstakes law. That’s how they’re able to accept players in states that prohibit traditional casinos from doing the same.

How We Rate Sweepstakes Casinos

Our team relies on first-hand research to evaluate sweepstakes casinos from the ground-up. We make new accounts, play games and test features over a week’s time. We document each site’s strengths, highlight their weaknesses, and explain our unfiltered opinions.

For each review, we dedicate at least two hours of research towards the following five areas:

  • Bonuses & Promotions: Starting with a casino’s no-deposit bonus, we claim each offer that’s available. We play games to participate in tournaments, follow platforms on socials to check for giveaways, and opt-into all ongoing promos. We document the steps to claim every bonus, show you how to follow along, and base our ratings on ease-of-use.
  • Games: We play slots, tables, and specialties from a wide range of software providers at each casino we review. Our experts like to see a healthy blend of slots, progressives and live dealer games. We prioritize casinos that focus on originality, specialize in a particular area, or bring something new to the table. Our ratings are based on quality and diversity.
  • Payment Options: We buy coins, get KYC-verified, and redeem prizes at each casino we review. We take note of each casino’s payment options to prioritize sites that accept e-wallets and/or cryptocurrencies. We like to see beginner-friendly purchase minimums, accessible prize requirements, discounts for new players, and quick redemption speeds.
  • User Experience: Our experts analyze how a site feels to use on desktop and mobile. If we’re unable to find a downloadable app, we focus on the usability of their mobile casino website. Our team loves to see well-organized menus, intuitive search filters, immediate loading speeds, and beginner-friendly support options in clear view for confused players.
  • Customer Support: We get in touch with real support agents using any contact method we’re able to find. Our team loves to see casinos with 24/7 chat and phone support, but we don’t stop here. Why Trust SweepsChaser?

Here at SweepsChaser, we’re crazy about sweepstakes gaming. We love nothing more than exploring the latest casinos and sharing our experiences with our readers, from our favorite games to the best bonuses.

Our team has been playing online for decades and we bring all that experience to every review we write.

At the same time, we’re not here to blindly praise casinos. If we don’t like something, we explain why that is the case in simple, easy to understand language.

Everything on our reviews is based on our personal experience at the casino. We sign up, play games, buy the t-shirt. If we wouldn’t be happy using the casino in our spare time, we don’t recommend it to our readers.

Would I Recommend Golden Hearts Games?

Golden Hearts Games is a good sweepstakes casino for casual players that enjoy exclusive slots. I loved how easy it was to get free SC, which makes Golden Hearts ideal for players that want to play sweepstakes games but don’t want to spend money.

On the flipside, the gaming menu isn’t a great fit for players that prioritize live games, roulette, baccarat and other table games. It’s also on the small side, with no games from the likes of Pragmatic Play – which are standard at other weeps casinos.

I liked their no-deposit bonus, which gave me a starting reward of 250,000 GC and 2.5 free SC.

I loved their daily login wheel because it can deliver prizes worth up to 5 SC. Most sweepstakes casinos give players just a fraction of a Sweeps Coin per day, but Golden Hearts Games feels a lot more exciting than that.

Their referral bonus is a fantastic bargain because there’s no strict purchase requirement for your friends. They can spend $5 for you to collect 10 free SC. Completing tasks on the RevU+ Offer Wall is an easy and interactive way to keep your SC balance ticking over.

However, they are missing some promos that I would expect to see, including a VIP program, social media giveaways and slots tournaments. I’d like to see them lower their 50 SC redemption minimum for gift cards to 10 SC in line with Chumba. Finally, I’d like to see Golden Hearts Games improve their customer support by adding live chat service.

I’m happy to recommend checking out Golden Hearts Games for yourself, especially as an entry level casino with lots of opportunities to get free SC.
